    Thank you for the amazing replies guys and gals, actually I’m really ill, testing for corona tomorrow, but it could only be a BIG influenza. I’ll aim for RD diet, walk if I can and rest untill I’m fine. Better rest more than dig a hole. You are so great, I owe you one x

    The size, condition and symmetry at this weight is phenomenal, thank for the update mate.
    What your daily cardio/steps looks like, is it still the same every day and do you still work with steps > direct cardio, or the fact that your tighter and more detailed at this weight is from a change in your way of working energy expenditure?

    15 min walk fasted dropped my cardio for now
    Then another 15 min walk post m1 then I pretty much sit until it’s time to train so steps are at 4.5 k tops no cardio
    Anymore and I drop weight
    The fact I’m tighter at this weight is because I’m carrying a lot more muscle nothing to do with expenditure [/quote]

    Things are going well champ, happy for you!

    How many steps you want to achieve in this off-season/phase versus in prep per day? And still at this 10min cardio pre wo (steps counts here?) Thx trying to transition from cardio x time a week … to steps and play with NEAT.

    Superb progress on the rebound, enjoying he log Meg, I don’t have to ask alot of question you cover all base haha! How do you count your NEAT in prep vs off season, like no cardio or 5-10m treadmill + steps (walking dog, routine..) and what is your aim/goal for steps to dictate your NEAT and how much off season cardio is needed? Thx!

    What Pull and Push #2 look like and how do you play with resistance profile in those sesh? As Jordan say in his latest vid, it’s smart to play in the shorter range when fresh, is it the case when pulling and pushing? I love the programming and I’m glad we could learn and appreciate your work, thx boss! Cheer.x

    Routine is now the keyword for me haha! Once it is set, everything will follow, physique and busisness wise, good to hear the 2 rotations are awesome buddy, 243 with good body comp while rebounding without gears/being healthy is top. Amazed me cheer!

    I would drop 1 week in and re asses if needed or not drop as soon as you can, estrogen is not the enemy. Unnecessary body fat is bud
