The stories you posted re TB4 Frag were very interesting. Do you feel this could be a good alternative to using an ARB like Telmisartan if you want to improve endothelial function and prevent cardiac remodelling without pulling blood pressure down? Hope this is okay to post here

That’s it there mate. You’ll see another big jump in progress on this. It helped me to add 8kg stage weight between Oct and April, some of it old tissue and some new. I spent most of 2024 in a deficit following a bro split.. once I got back in a surplus and introduced UL everything came back very quickly with the increase in frequency.

It’s not a toxic cycle as such but 650mg for your first cycle is unnecessary.
I would use the blood work to help determine your start dose as with this you’ll establish what your total and free testosterone levels are.
For instance if you are naturally 10nmol/L then you could explode on 250mg Test per week. If you are 30nmol/L then you may want to sit at 300mg per week.
Check your estrogen levels to see if a DHT derivative is really necessary. If they are low normal you could do test only. If your estrogen levels are naturally high you may want to run test with a small dose of a DHT derivate.
300mg per week could be 200 test 100 primo, or 350mg total from 250mg test and 100mg primo. Slightly more test may allow estrogen to sit at reasonable level. You don’t want to crush your estrogen on your first cycle as it will help you get strong and support joint health.
I would definitely run blood work first, a full panel to see all health markers and not just hormones.
I wouldn’t waste your money on PCT for now unless you plan to do one cycle and never run a cycle again.
If your plan is do 12 on 6 off 12 on 6 off again and again, PCT will create a lot of unnecessary stress for your body and you’ll invest a lot of money to then switch your HPTA function on and off repeatedly.
Overall I would reconsider your total milligrams and cap it at 300-350mg. Try to get the very most from as little as possible.-

So weight wise I hit 109kg baseline , with no gh in as I was pulling these Iranian pens in and out and my weight kept going all over the fucking place as they banged me back up 4kg and if you have followed me for any time you will know I despise that extra water weight , it shuts down my training , so I have always either had to use pharma gh ( just got stung on 20 fake genos , cheers ) , or dose the generics at whatever I can handle which these days won’t be much . I have re added 5iu for the cruise and will taper it back to whatever feels good , hopefully that’s 10 , but if it’s 6/7/8 then so be it
So baseline macros and burners I was 350c at lowest but dropping fast here ! ( mito stack made a big diff to that) , 60mcg clen rest days and 30mcg training days and then 37.5 t3
My plan is coming up to 475c , I will drop the clen and lower the t3 to 31.25 , this plus the gh I imagine will see me climb 2kg , so circa 111kg which will be just some fullness / water shifts and then I will spend the cruise there . I don’t plan on getting heavy in the blast , I have been mulling over my options in regards to cycles but the realism is , all that matters is I keep extremely tight and keep my waist as tight as I can and then what I choose cycles wise comes down to what feels good ( for me ) and then shot volume . I do need to hit a chunky peak mg dose in the blast , before I shut down to a cruise again . My plan in the first blast is probably only 3-4kg of total weight gained , which I know seems exceptionally low but I only want to gain quality and keep my waist intact before I cruise again . In the past I have gone upto 130kg but that’s not happening again , I need to change my approach to see a diff outcome .
I very likely will run nandrolone heavy cycles as these keep water off me the most by far . I react so diff to that drug to most it seems . Others seem to bloat on it, for me it’s like a more anabolic masteron when I’m lean lean. If i said I was on low testosterone and mast , you would believe me , instead of nandrolone . Which is lucky in many ways.
I am finding the reta very very effective , I started at 0.25mg a day , then went 0.4 , then 0.5 then played with 0.6/7/8/9/1mg a day in fairly quick succession just to assess a feel . 0.5 for me removes all food noise but doesn’t hurt my digestion . 0.7 I feel a digestion disruption and then .8 .9 and 1mg hurt it . They do fucking zap appetite hard .
I have also some Cagrilintide that I’m testing at just 0.25mg twice a week . The moment I added that ontop of the 0.5 reta , I then basically forgot to eat . In that you know in a diet you are clock watching for meal to meal when your lean lean. It got 2.5 hours after my last meal and I thought fuck I haven’t put my rice on in the rice cooker .
So if you want the ultimate combo that doesn’t hurt digestion but removes all foood noise entirely , it’s reta plus cagri . You will be able to get very very very fucking lean without mad food focus . That’s why the pharma companies made sema better by making the cagrisema all in one product . It fucking works .
Post diet I will see as I creep food how that Hunger goes and if things need adjusting further . Again this will have incredible impacts on ldl and hba1c . I’m genuinely super intrigued to see where my bloods are at end of this cruise after playing with these for 6-7 weeks
Really insightful stuff this mate! Reta and Cagri sound very promising

I ran the last sessions 3 on ppl , all felt good
Today was another huge step forward in legs
Adductor was 2 sets of 7 on the stack , the same silly tempo but I’m very pleased
Leg press was 12 plates for 9 and 8
Leg ext as norm
I was then able to pendulum ! I put on our double ply knee sleeves even on empty machine and then went up 10kg a time warming up and then got to 60 x 9 and then 62.5 x 9 , these were like the most immaculate reps , trying so hard to protect my knees . I was able , so I am very very pleased
I’m down to 120.8 kg baseline weight
Cracking on
This is great to see mate knowing how patient and meticulous you’ve been with your rehab and holding onto what you could until now

Absolutely delighted to be coming home today, and tomorrow I can get back into my routine (somewhat). It’s been a great 5 days with the boys, and I think I’ve THOROUGHLY made the most of the trip!
As of Wednesday it’s time to start the process of coming down for the shows this year.
Just as I did at the start of my 2024 prep, I’ve pulled some fat out of my plan ~ 15% and I’ll see where that takes me.
I’m in considerably better shape than I was at the start of my last prep, so 22 weeks is probably a bit too much time written in stone, however, it just means I can make smaller changes, less frequent changes and get even better results.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ll be taking complete weeks off this prep, I’ve yet to schedule them, but there will also be an aspect of initiative when deciding to use them.
Can’t wait to see what you bring this year mate! Should be a really fresh look with the scheduled rest weeks

Unreal upper session yesterday. For being just 9 days post show performance is absolutely flying. Feeling really good at this volume, it’s the least number of sets I’ve done since I was like 16 and came across Dorian’s style of training. The difference right now is I’m using low rep feeders and no set extensions. I’ve went through phases of thinking I was more responsive to higher volume training but when I think back to that period of very low volume training at 16 that was when my strength went absolutely nuts.
Obviously right now I’ve got that super compensation of glycogen post show and I’m regaining strength that dropped off at the end of prep.. but I can tell that this volume is the perfect amount for me to make a big step forwards these next couple months, it’s only 8 work sets per session but some weeks I’m training upper Monday Wednesday Friday so I don’t see more sets being necessary right now. Here’s yesterday’s session below.
UPPER C
Prime pec deck 15 reps
Prime pin loaded chest press 10 reps
Low incline smith press 15 reps
Dumbbell chest supported row 20 reps
Single arm low row 9 reps
Prime pullover 15 reps
Dumbbell side lateral 30 reps
Reverse cable lateral 21repsIn terms of my diet, training day carbs are up to 500g and rest days are at 300g with on off plan meal each week on a training day.
I introduced 20 units Lantus yesterday. I plan to do the first 2bros pro qualifier in 2025, with being on just 125mg test for the next 10 weeks I want to give myself the best chance of filling out before I start this next prep on the 30th December.
Current stack
125mg Test per week
20 units Lantus daily
500mg Metformin daily
20mg Telmisartan daily
60mg Raloxifene daily -
Hi guys, busy few days so haven’t logged Thursday and Friday’s sessions yet. Both went really well. Really enjoying the upper sessions and feel confident that these are going to see my upper back to full size over the coming months a lot sooner than if I’d continued with training each muscle once every seven days.
UPPER B
Hoist pulldown 11 reps
Prime chest supported row 11 reps
Neutral grip lat pulldown 11 reps
Prime pec deck 20 reps
Low incline smith press 9 reps
Prime pin loaded chest press 15 reps
Dumbbell side lateral 15 reps
Cable reverse lateral 15 reps
LOWER
Standing Ham curl 12 reps, 10 reps
Prime leg extension 13 reps
Cybex Squat press 10 reps, 12 reps
Split squat 14 reps
Standing calf raise 16 reps
Atlantis toe press 15 reps
You can see almost everything here is 10 reps or more. I do have some 8-10 rep work on the plan but a few sets fell slightly above the rep range this week.
With being one week post show I’m content with working around 10-15, as my bodyweight creeps up I’ll incorporate more 6-10 sets so that I’m getting straight into effective reps. I’ll always include some 15-20 rep work though as I do respond well to this and want to get stronger across all ranges.

First session of offseason done. Keeping volume to one set per movement just now with being immediately post show. This may go up a touch after a month but I’ll just see how things go as I was pretty fucked last night and have pushed my lower session forwards to tomorrow as I feel run down and need to remember having some extra glycogen doesn’t compensate for 22 weeks on prep haha. Anyway the session went as follows
UPPER A
Hammer strength incline press
9
Mid incline smith press
9
Seated pec fly
15
Single arm lat row
15
Prime chest supported row
12
Single arm low row
12
Dumbbell side lateral
20
Cable reverse lateral
20
Really enjoyed this new set up. I worked out that between now and January even with a week off I’ll train my pecs 23 times as opposed to 9 sessions in 9 weeks if I had continued with my split body part routine. No brainer!

The recovery from ppl was Easier so then the UL exposure this time felt a big shock , my body feels like its been abused the last couple days
Rest tmo , then just push pull legs
Have you ran PPL at 3 on 1 off much in the past mate? Be ideal if recovery allows for this with it being just 4 sleeps between sessions instead of 5

Afternoon guys,
2nd place yesterday at the TBJP British finals!
I was really pleased with the look I brought to my first ever pro qualifier.
Off plan today enjoying some food. Back on plan tomorrow to get this offseason underway.
So ready for this upper lower training!
I’ve been training everything at once every 7 days frequency for the whole year so I’m expecting big step forwards introducing this set up in a surplus.
Cycle wise I’m pulling this down 125mg Test for 10 weeks

Show day!
Yesterday I ended up doing 6 meals
180g Protein
1200g Carbs
120g FatMy lowest weigh in was 79.5kg Monday
Today I’m 83.8kg4.3kg up! 100g heavier than the regional
VERY happy with the look upon wake today. Plenty of time to keep getting drier by 11:30am
Last show I had a big oat bowl at meal one and it showed as my midsection was less and less dry by the hour
This show day is strictly dry carbs from caramel rice cakes, dates and thick honey.
I’ll hold off on salt until backstage
