    Hi mate,

    Currently 8 weeks out from Arnold aus amateur, first show can’t wait.

    I intend on being off for a considerable period this year after the comp.
    my question is – does the amount of carbohydrates one can take in and absorb differ much from being enhanced to natural??
    If so how can I modify my diet to suit this

    Can you please provide an example of how an athletes “High day/refeed/carb up” would look if they were aiming to hit 1000g carbs
    Would be very interesting to see how a total like that is hit from clean foods

    How do you best like to time them for your athletes
    E.g – gh upon wake
    Insulin pre/post etc

    And also, preferred brands of gh and do you notice any differences between them I.e genotropin/humatrope

    On so new cycle has been decided
    We’ll be going for 500 deca and 125 test every other day.
    Keeping in 0.5adex x2 a week. 20mg tamox/day, 25 proviron/day and 4iu GH.

    Few options;
    1. Try Novorapid, similar to Humalog however some people I know quite often go hypo off Log but are fine with Novo.
    2. Bare in mind sensitivity ranges so 10g per iu might not be the perfect fit. Can be anywhere from 5-18g per iu.
    3. If you want to be safe, have your meal which might have say 80g carbs – straight after you’ve finished eating, shoot your 5iu. Then after an hour just to be safe when the insulin peaks take in EAA’s with some carbs if necessary
