Pretty much rows is thickness and your width comes from lat work ie pull downs.
My pull sessions have upper back bias and lat bias exercises programmed into them

Bloods came back decent, pretty much identical to my last few times so happy with that.
Checkin was yesterday, weight up again to 206.5lb and pictures look good.
food staying the same for this week at least, no point putting adding more if the scales are going up.
leg day today, second leg day with the new training plan which is definitely interesting with the pausing in the hole, rest pause sets and muscle rounds.
Diet is:
Training day
Meal 1: 75g COR, 45g whey iso, 100g fruit
Meal 2: 150g lean steak ( can do mince here) 100g gluten free pasta
Meal 3: 150g steak
100g gluten free pasta
50g fat free sweet and sour sauce ( uncle bens)
Pre Meal 4: 150g turkey breast
400g white potatoes 100g fruit
Intra
20g eaa 30g cyclic dextrose
Post Meal 5: 150g coco pops 60g whey iso 150g fruit
Meal 6: 300g fat free yoghurt
20g whey iso 200g berries
Rest day food
Meal 1: 1 whole eggs 4 whites mushrooms and tomatoes 50g of each
100g oats 50g berries
Meal 2/3: 150g chicken or turkey mince 75 g rice
Meal 4: 150g steak any kind stir fry veg 75g rice
Meal 5: 150g chicken breast 300g potatoes
Meal 6: 300g fat free yoghurt
20g whey iso 200g berries

Had my bloods done today with eval, if all’s good then I’ll be starting my cycle very soon.
Decent push session late this afternoon, chest is not my strong point but it’s definitely improved over the last year.
Pull session tomorrow, no work tomorrow either so I’ll be going for a decent walk to get my steps in.

New training program starting from today, longer holding in stretch positions and slower tempo.
Today is leg day:
LEGS 1
Adductor – 1 set of 12-15 rest pause set
Lying hamstring curl – 1 set 12-15 reps, 1 set 10-12 into drop set
Leg extension
1 set of 8-10 1 set 12-15HAck squat – 1 set of 10-12
Paused Leg press –
1 set of 8-10
1 set of 15 4 second eccentrics
1 set 6×4 pick same load as fail with 15Single leg ham curl – 1 set 8-10 1 set 15-20
glute bridge – 1 sets of 8-12
Ab crunch – 2 sets, body weight
calves – 3 x 10-12
