Come on Jay, I want details – what was on the plate!? Also, what’s your opinion on Yorkshire puddings – only with beef or with any meat?

Chicken, roast potatoes, mash potato, Yorkshire pudding, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, leek sauce, bread sauce and gravy????Deffo Yorkshire puddings with every meat!

Trained Friday and Saturday and all went well, still managing to increase the weights.
Corinne left my food the same but gave me a meal of choice this weekend, so I’ve decided to have a Sunday dinner ????2 weeks today and I will be training legs with Corinne and Jordan, cannot wait for that, it’s going to be a good day!
Rest day today so just gotta make sure I get my steps in.

been a few days since I posted in here,
training has been going well, Corinne increased my calories slightly last week so that was Good.
went to Birmingham on Friday night with the wife to see snow patrol, they was very good and the missus loved it so I was in her good books lolmanaged to catch the dreaded flu again, so I’m having a couple of rest days as I feel like rubbish.
Hopefully I feel human again on Friday so I can have a good session.check in again in the morning, will see what my weight is. got a feeling it’s holding so Corinne may increase slightly again but we will see.

Yeah can’t believe how quick the time goes mate, yours will be here in no time and mine will be here quick too I bet.
Check in went well, bw was down a tad but Corinne has put the food up again so should be starting to gain some more weight from now on.
I like banded hack squats, really good exercise ????

Not too long then mate if it’s the June show.
Hopefully you can get registered very soon so you know for sure lol.
I hate waiting for stuff too haha.I’m doing the future muscle union show in hull.
Not sure how big the show is but it does look decent.
Anyway it will do for my first show and go on from there.
