    Seated row elbows up upper back emphasis x2
    Single arm pull down x2
    Reverse pec dec x2

    bicep curl machine x3
    Dumbell bicep curl x2

    Another good session, that break has defined done me good ?

    Rest day yesterday, didn’t do a great deal as the weather was rubbish so just went for a walk to get my 10k steps in, it was also checkin day.
    Weight was 204.2lb

    Today was push, another good session ticked off.

    Cuffed laterals x2
    Shoulder press x2
    Incline press x2
    Close grip smith press x2
    Pec dec x2
    Machine side raise x2
    Tricep push down x2
    Crossbody push down x3

    Leg session done
    Seated ham curl x2
    Hack squat x2
    Leg press x1
    Lying ham curl x2
    Leg extension x2
    Adductor x1
    Calf x3

    Felt fairly strong today, although I did get a bit of knee pain in my right leg, had a operation years ago on ligaments and it does hurt now and again.
    But overall a good session. Rest day tomorrow and checkin day also.

    First training day after my rest week, great to give the body a total rest but at the same time I hate not training for a long period of time.

    My split is:

    Push, pull, off, chest & arms, legs, off

    Today is chest & arms

    Session is:

    Low incline DB press 6-9, 12-15

    Seated decline fly 10-12, 8-10, 15+

    DB floor press 10-12, 8-10, 15+

    EZ bar push down 10-12, 12-15

    EZ bar 21’s

    Single arm cross body push down 10-12, 12-15

    Single arm cable curl 10-12, 12-15

    Chest and arms have been added into my split a while back as they are definitely my weaker parts, so the reps are different to my push, pull and leg sessions.

    @jay – late but never too late! haha
    I always thought skewballs had a bit of funky taste…the bubblegym at the bottom was weird! BUUUUT never say no to any ice cream!
    DAY 15
    rest day today
    glossed a bit more skirting in the house
    catching up with more work too
    body is soooo achey…DOMS is unreal!
