Is this the leanest you’ve been at that weight whilst pushing weight up?
If so I take it that’s because your being more meticulous with diet?
I would of done the muscle camp if I wasn’t competing mate, will keep an eye out for future ones, I’m sure Dennis will be up for it too_________________________________________

Your bang on, my heaviest and cleanest off season so far just because I’m literally treating it like a prep.
I have many driving factors but being in the site and having Jordan and Corinne guide me is definitely a huge one in keeping me dead on track.

New plan from Corinne which starts today:
Training Day
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 4 turkey rashers, 3 whole eggs
(9am) Meal 2 – 225g chicken/turkey breast, 65g rice or pasta 30g cheddar cheese
(12noon) Meal 3 – 225g 5% fat beef, 18g cashews
(2.30pm) Meal 4 – 150g 12% fat salmon, 150g fat free cottage cheese
(5pm) Pre gym meal always to be had 60mins pre – 45g protein from whey, 60g ground rice/rice flakes, 65g berries
(Train 6-7.30pm) Workout shake – 2 scoops MPS Max, 5g creatine, 50g sustain
7.35pmOn finish – 20g pro from whey, 100g banana
(8.45pm) Pwo 75mins after – 225g chicken/turkey breast, 2 x wrap/pitta bread, and,.80g cocopops with almond milkNon training day
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 4 turkey rashers, 3 whole eggs
(9.30am) Meal 2 – 45g pro fom whey, 85g oats, 100g berries, 15g jam
(12.30pm) Meal 3 – 225g 5% fat beef, 18g cashews

I was going to have a good year off putting on size but it looks like I’m going to do the British finals that I’ve qualified for which is in June.

Yeah yeah, so you won we get it but that was a few days ago now – get over it! On another note, freakin’ well done Jay! What a result, just tops off the entire journey. Looking fantastic in the photo, look forward to seeing the various shots and comparisons.
Blimey, you were on early from the looks of the lead up. What time did you actually hit the stage and did you stick around to duke it out in the overall
Need a few more details on the food front mate, far too vague for my liking and some pictures would greatly assist in the evaluation as well. Also, the day of post show eating is required.
Now you’ve dieted and know where your physique stands, what areas for improvement are you looking at?
Again, well done mate – you’ve seen through one of the hardest self inflicted challenges and notched a win on your first outing. Not too many can say that…. oh wait, I can haha._________________________________________

No food pics I’m afraid, and the day after I just had a full English breakfast then back on plan!
I think I’m broken because I’ve not got the urge to eat things like chocolate and cake now lol
I’d much prefer rice flakes with whey ????
So my relationship with food has definitely changed. Don’t get me wrong I’m going to enjoy the odd slice of cheesecake and a good old five guys burger
Going forward I need to improve my back and chest and definitely bring better condition next time
On stage at 10:30 and although I should of done I didn’t stick around for the overall.

Well I only managed to take first place ????
Day before the show was when I put a lot of carbs in me.
Lots of rice with chicken and beef, rice flakes with whey which I can’t get enough of lol.
And my fluid intake was down to 4litres.
The last rice meal was hard to get down tbh but it did.
Pics were sent to Corinne at 4 and 9pm
All good so bed for me, although I had a rubbish night sleep!
Weighed myself in the morning coming in at 81kg
Pics sent to the boss, meal 1 went down which was just 50g chicken and 40g nut butter.
Just 1 litre of water before stage so just sipping.
The family went downstairs for their full English breakfast at the PremierInn we was staying at, I stayed upstairs lol.
Got to the venue for 8:30am to get registered.
Noticed Reiss who is also coached by Corinne so had a chat with him.
Was told to add 60g ground rice to my next chicken and nut butter meal.
Family and friends arrived about 9:30 so quickly thanked them for coming to watch before going back stage to pump up etc
I was on first, 4 of us in the first timers, as you do I looked at the other 3 and thought oh shit they look good and as usual start doubting myself, am I good enough blah blah blah. Which I know I am it’s just a head fuck, first competition and all that ????
Anyway we get called to line up on stage, quarter turn time, then off stage, no time to wait I get called first to do my routine, walk out and I can hear my clan shouting for me which was really awesome.
Did my routine which went surprisingly well,
Watched the others do theirs and was thinking bloody hell hes got some muscle haha
Called back on to do the mandatory poses, was told to go to back of the stage, he called me and another guy forward first, he was a lot bigger, and i then knew we was being compared for the top 2, well I had a good idea we was lol
The other 2 then got compared then we went off stage,
Waited for the novices to do their bit and results time.
Back of the stage he called 3rd place, not me, he called 2nd place not me, that was the bigger lad, I knew then I had it, although I still had a doubt in my head, 1st place goes to Jay noble!!
I was so happy I had to hold back some tears haha, emotional and all that ????
Could not believe it, was over the moon and my family and friends was so vocal it was really good.
Back stage before hand I was so nervous but on stage I felt good and quite confident which is good for things going forward.
I’ve qualified for the British finals in June so that’s my next competition with the looks of it.
New plans of Corinne this week.
Food wise I had a Reece’s choc bar and 2 chocolate hob nobs when off stage lol
A slice of cheesecake, not a massive bit then went to a place called dope burger in hull which was recommended by a lot of people, had burger with large fries.
Drove home, got back about 4pm so we chilled for a bit then took the kids to a place to eat where we all like to eat, I had pulled pork loaded nachos, with a Diet Coke haha
Back home I had another slice of cheesecake and then bed time coz I felt shattered.
All in all it was one of the best days of my life, so so good, I’ve definitely got the bug and I’m more determined than ever, loads to improve on so can’t wait.
Waiting for my show pics which I should get this week but have got one to show for now.
A massive thank you to @corinne for everything she’s done, she has been the best, couldn’t asked for more off a coach and she’s not getting rid of me yet haha
