Right the last week looks like:
Water intake:
Monday 6.5lts
Tuesday: 7 lts
Wednesday: 7.5lts
Thursday: 8lts
Friday: 8.5lts
Saturday: 4lts
Sunday: 1 litre before stage but may vary.
Food is as above unless changed on the day.
Saturday I carb up with lots of carbs, reduced protein per meal.
Show day I’m on early so will probably get 1 or 2 small pro/fat meals in me before stage ????Training:
Monday: pull
Tuesday: last leg session
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: push
Friday: pull_________________________________________

Rest day yesterday, just did a few jobs around the house and had a walk into town to get my steps in and a nice strong coffee ☕️
Today is pull day, will update that session later.
My diet hasn’t changed for the last few days, I’ll list it below:Training Day
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 8 whites, 100g chicken
(9.45am) Meal 2 – 200g 5% fat beef
(1pm) Meal 3 – 300g white fish
(4.30pm) Pre gym meal always to be had 60-90mins pre – 200g chicken, 10g coconut oil,
(Train 6-7.30pm) Workout shake, drink throughout the session in at least 1.5litre of water – 50g peptopro, 5g creatine
(9pm) Pwo 60-75mins after – 3 whole eggs, 150g 5% fat beef, 5g extra virginNon training day – NO CHANGES
(6.30am) Meal 1 – 8 whites, 100g chicken
(9.30am) Meal 2 – 200g 5% fat beef
(12.30pm) Meal 3 – 250g white fish
(3.30pm) Meal 4 – 200g 5% fat beef
(6.30pm) Meal 5 – 1 egg, 200g chicken/turkey breast
(9.30pm) Pre bed – 20g protein from whey, 7 whitesCan’t wait for some carbs to hit my body soon.
Pics and weight sent to Corinne, I’m happy with them.
Weight stayed the same as yesterday which it sometimes does after a rest daySo still 177.4lb

Yesterday was a hectic and tiring day.
Trained early morning as I was taking my youngest daughter to her first football match, she plays football for her local team so loves it lol
Drive to Peterborough, catch a train to London, a few hours in London then back again.
All meals were prepped, felt a bit weird eating my food in Starbucks but sod it, whatever it takes and all that.
Anyway rest day today, pics and weight sent to Corinne, weight still creeping down.
Water up a litre from my usual 5 to 6 today ????1 week out, can’t wait to see the final result on stage ????????

Read it through thoroughly and enjoy the process. You may want to direct all of your mail to the bathroom as you’ll be spending enough time in there with water loading.Told you that two weeks out is really hard didn’t I haha? You’ll find the final week is enjoyable, especially with the daily changes and sometimes multiple changes in the same day.
Keep logging this final bit – look forward to it.

So legs was tonight:
Lying hamstring curl – 2 sets of 8-10
Leg extension – 2 set of 8-10 reps
Banded hack squat – 2 sets of 8-10
Paused Leg press – 1 sets of 8-10
single leg leg press – 1 set of 15
Single leg seated ham curl – 2 set of 8-10
glute bridge on smith – 2 sets of 8-12
Adductor – 1 rest pause set
hanging leg raises – 2 sets, body weight
Seated Single arm DB curl – 2 sets of 8-12
calves – 3 x 10-12Session was good, energy wasn’t too bad to say I’m on zero carbs.
Got my plan off Corinne today for the lead up, show day and post show.

Right 9 days out now to my first competition.
This week has been the hardest without a doubt, on very low carbs this week but things should brighten up with some carbs in my body very soon ????
Checked in this morning with the boss, weight is down to 178lb, feeling very small now lol
Training legs tonight so will update again after the session.And will also post some pics

Yeah I like the rower tbf but just keeping it consistent with the stepper atm.
NEAT is still high, 10k & 8kAre you liking the fuller look? Bet your feeling better for it though.
Yeah gotta cook your oats mate, I’ve always just microwaved them but recently I have cooked them in a pan, taste even bettter lol

Tesco source the finest and unique ingredients for their basic muffins so definitely top end. Errrr, no just in comparison to Aldi haha. Salted Caramel? Not a bad shout at all. I mixed my muffin in with my oat meal and made it really cakey/indulgent, sooo good.
That’s good mate. You may notice the odd regression here and there, but ultimately it will happen as you are a lighter bodyweight. Don’t mind me asking but you’re assisted correct? Haha I was like that near the end of my prep. When you’re leaner, you can see all the improvements you want to make. Patience my friend.
20 mins is pretty good, just dialling you in. Is it formal cardio or just a power walk?

Tesco!? That’s a bit high end – my four pack was from Aldi. Soooo dry!
Fair play, sticking to what you know. Nothing worse than when you get a slight refeed and you pick something different, but feel as though you wasted it because the new choice was a disappointment. Like when you go out for a meal and decide to try something different. Most of the time I regret doing that haha.
How are you finding your training at the moment this deep into prep? Formal cardio still in the mix or just regulating with NEAT?

I’m a gas engineer mate, it pays the bills lol
Got the muffin from a coffee shop I go to, seen them before and thought they looked good so when Corinne added a muffin pre workout I knew where I was going
Job’s a job and as you said, pays the bills. How does it fit in with a bodybuilding lifestyle?
Haha you’d done your research then! Were there any other contenders or was it a straight forward choice?

It fits in fine I train after work, normally finish about 4pm so train at 6.Not sure about other muffins tbf, I’ve got a dilemma today because Corinne has given me the same food for today haha
