  • Thanks for the reply, I’d say fairly experienced, prior to the baby she attended spin/circuit classes, she’s looking to go back to a gym post maternity leave as finances will be better of.
Just a idea of reps, sets and how frequently she should carry out the said exercise’s.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys for getting back to me much appreciated.
Is it a case of looking at gut health and aiding with supps and food I.e sauerkraut? , or would I present info to my gp and get them to run tests, or possibly pay for my own tests by a specialist professional.
    Thanks again

Thanks guys, what about the Peterson step up? Fluffy exercise or does it have its place as a warm up or finisher.

How would you go about administering bpc to medial and lateral epicondyle.

Where you purchase bpc 157, also is it worth taking it orally too

    Many thanks

Hi Jordan, how would you organise a training plan/diet plan if you were only able to train lower body/core,
Still with tennis elbow/golfers elbow, I have been referred to an orthopaedic surgeon to discuss possible options with this irritating issue.
I hope to pick your brain on this.
    Many thanks

Hi Jordan, hope your well? Just after some advice from yourself or other members on tennis elbow, suffered with it for 6 months now, slowly getting better but I’m still quite far from the end of the tunnel, I’ve eased off the weights for upper body still training legs and abs, seen NHS physio and private physios and they have helped but they say “find another hobbie” thing is its not a hobbie for me it’s my life I enjoy the gym thourouly, and I refuse to accept this, I’m currently taking cucumin, krill oil, and using kwang loon oil, I’m wondering if you have any clients/friends who have tennis elbow who are working through it

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jordan,
Just wondering if you had any tips on dealing with the dreaded tennis elbow?
I’ve been having regular massage/acupuncture which has helped but I’m worried to star training upper body again as I don’t want to cause any more damage, interested to hear the views of other tennis elbow sufferers.

    Thanks in advance
