    Don’t fuck about trying to take controlled drugs on international flights (or domestic for that matter). If you need gear for your stay then buy it out there.

    This is unrelated to your original question about GH, but I’d suggest cruising with a longer ester like test U if you want to only inject every 14 days. If you’re taking 250mg of sust every 14 days, you’ll experience very large peaks and troughs in the rate test is released into your system.

    Test U may work a touch better but may not.

    sust was invented for less frequent dosing exactly like every 14 days n works quite well imo.

    Would depend on how test U is used, it’s very slow to kick in obviously so it’s shit to transition to if you don’t give it a long ramp up time before dropping other esters, but for someone on TRT indefinitely it works well to always run as your base year round at physiological levels and just blast by adding other test esters on top or whatever other compounds you want to run.

    Sust never made sense to me, designing a blend to be able to be pinned at large intervals with short esters doesn’t work out, the decanoate fraction is dong all the leg work beyond the first week.

    I go about 2 inches above my nipple, that rough area mate, basically where the most meat is (for me at least)

    All I ever use is 29/30G ½”, if you’re not fat it’s fine. Rotate delts, chest, tris, lats, quads and calfs, should be plenty.

    As the guy above says, low dead space syringes are great, if you’re ever in a pinch and you want to not waste any gear, pull maybe 0.5cc of extra air into the syringe and inject with the syringe vertical so that the air pocket pushes the last of the oil out.

    People worry about venous air embolism, but it isn’t an issue for two reasons:

    1) we inject IM not IV.

    2) even if you were to accidentally inject the whole air bubble into a vein, 0.5-1cc of air is not anywhere even close to an amount that would cause your body harm.

    Zojirushi is hands down the best brand for rice cookers. They’re expensive but if you eat a lot of rice like bodybuilders tend to do then they pay for themselves pretty quickly.

    Can you predict when you will be able to visit each gym or can it change day to day?

    I have 2 gyms thats I have to use because of my work shift pattern, so I am currently training full body every other day and have 3 different exercise rotations; 2 of them at gym A and 1 at gym B.

    EQ is a very long ester form of boldenone, by the 12 week mark EQ will barely have even kicked in yet.

    For a short 12 week cycle boldenone cypionate would be preferable, but then you’d have to deal with the legendary bold cyp post-injection pain.

    Thanks a lot for the rundown Hilly, those doritos in the two rest day meals are actually a typo, I must have copy/pasted them in by accident… the only crisps on that day are the 35g crisp snack. I only really put them in because they fit the macros that I was aiming for and I find a little treat helps me adhere to the meal plan for longer by keeping cravings at bay lol.

    Going forward I’m gona change that pre workout meal to what clare recommended to help digestion and then drop the car snacks and bring in the coconut water like you said.

    That pre workout meal seems pretty heavy and will be pretty slow to digest. I’m not sure I’d want a curry sauce before a workout either! I’d prefer something like Cream of Rice, Whey and nut/seed butter, which will be a lot easier to digest and less heavy.

    I’d also ditch the car snacks and utilise a Cyclic Dextrin and EAA intra workout drink, which you can begin sipping on the way to the gym and throughout training.

    Cheers Clare. Would cream of rice and some white fish be suitable instead of whey? Training days are already at something like 160g of whey, which I don’t want to rely on too heavily over whole foods.
