I feel heavy. the doms are more marked. Workout is the same (frequency, ratio volume:intensity). I’m on bulk cycle test+deca+dbol (500+500week test + deca. 30 dbol daily at m1)

I would not count the protein content from a not main protein sources. Maybe there is something else that you don’t digest easily and trigger inflammation?
can you share your diet?

TD: 550c-60f-220p [160 direct]
NTD: 330c-100f-210p [160 direct]My weight goes up.
More than these amounts I feel “inflammation”.
I believe it comes from the inflammatory action of endogenous insulin.The sources I use are always the same, only the quantities changed.
Fats in diet are ok for good ratio of fatty acids. -

I use dbol oral like prewo to boost my performance, everything is ok but my digestion it slowed down.
It is as if the stomach needs more time to empty. I only eat 200g of egg whites, 100g of rice flour and 10gr of 99 dark chocolate.
In the workout (2h later) I go in contrast:
food still to be disposed of + intraworkout (cluster dex + eaa).the solution would be to stop, but I have only 2 weeks left.
I was wondering, if what you suggested could help me in this situation to buffer two weeks.

excellent ideas. Except for potatoes, for me they are a food for normal conditions, certainly not to push in bulk [imagine eat 500+ gr of potatos in a meal]. -
Hi Justin, I have the same problem when I used to enject my Delts so i don’t inject them anymore. I only pin in my lats and Glutes and I don’t have this problem anymore!

That test result would usually come from 500mg.
250 puts most at 40-45
ahah 2 weeks ago I did bloodwork on 250 of Test E (Bridge not TRT LOL).
My Total Test was 64 nmol/L.I agree, he is around 500mg week.
My advice: go with 1/4 of ML E4D or E5D and recheck blood after 4 weeks on it if you mean TRT -
If you start EQ and nandrolone I recommend checking the hematocrit in mid and end of cycle

Personally, with 125mg of Test E E4D in Bridge had 66 nmol/dl (19 ng/dl). Your test have less of 100mg x ml imo.
If brand of primo is the same of test, i think true its olive oil ? -
Hey, IMO bikini girls don’t need anything more than anavar and that’s just towards the back end of prep.
And only if needed!Just to put things into perspective I only take anavar and I cycle off season and prep I do 10mg for around 8-10 weeks then come off and on prep it’s usually run throughout maybe increasing to 15mg for last few weeks but I compete in fitness

My GF [figure physique] have Oxa in 10mg for pills (Balkan brand). It’s impossibile to cut in two pieces.
Last Cycle [cut] she took 10mg in one serving at breakfast [preworkout meal]. No side.Now in “bulk” she will use it in the same way.
In this situation, do you prefer pre or postworkout ?

Hey, you can run nolvadex alongside an ai. If you get any signs 20mg a day would do the job.

Hey, you can run tamoxifen with and ai, so of you have a gyno flair up 20mg should do the job. Bloods would determine what was causing the issue as it could be prolactin related.
For PRL I run B6 600mg and Caber 0,5E5D.
I’m on Deca and Test 3° week.
I’ll add Dbol 30mg Prewo.the reason i asked this question is because i never used dbol. I know it converts to methyl-e2 (more strong than usual e2).
