    Hi Olle, I’ve taken a look over this and all looks fine to me! Are you sticking with just 2 cycles of workouts or would you consider adding a 3rd cycle C? I usually like a cycle A, B and C just so I can cover a few more different exercises and rep ranges! Worth looking into!

    I’ve been in to that but I’ve runned 2 cycles and it’s good progress so far!
    When the progress starts to lack I’m gonna put in a “C workout”

    All looks good bud. I am assuming maybe back is an area you want to prioritise in your upper workouts if so spot on how you set it up. If not your upper b session, you could start with your push focused exercises and then finished with the pull movements. This is just a suggestion and by no means essential

    Yes, my back is very poor, I’m trying to building it up more, then I’m gonna switch around!
