Thanks for your insight Clare very helpful, my thoughts were the same as yours regarding being in the wrong state to digest food post workout however I build up a big appetite when I train for the most part therefore it is difficult to withstand eating as soon as I can.

Hi mate during training is 1.5 litre and that consists of 25g performance fuel/ 5gcreatine mixed with water. Post workout food varies but it seems whatever it may be I eat there is always issues and I tend to always eat within the hour after training.

I always tend to eat within an hour of training however on average I’d say about 30-45mins post training. My pre meal is 80g oats, 15gPB, 15g Honey, 80g Blueberries, 40g Whey and Milk and for intra I have 25g of Performance Fuel and I add my creatine in there as well.

Cheers for the replies, looks like I’ll be investing in an air fryer then! Just needed to know a good method without too much oil due to calories.

I’m boring and do unflavored cream of rice and whatever whey flavor I want lol

I was thinking that actually as I guess it gives you more flexibility however couldn’t see an unflavoured COR on TBJP

COR will be a great addition, it’s really good for digestion, tastes great and mixes easy. I prefer to mix my COR and whey together and eat it with some berries. You can’t really go wrong with mixing flavours, I’d go with the ones that appeal to you the most

I’ll have a look at what appeals then mate cheers

Oooooo so many flavour combos with COR and Whey 🤩 I don’t mix mine as I usually have a shake and then have my COR separately but I love white choc coconut COR with banana caramel whey iso and Blueberry muffin COR with vanilla ice cream whey iso

And as Clare mentioned keep an eye out for lots of more flavours being added soon 😊

Thanks for the recommendations , i’ll keep an eye out for the new flavours

So many different flavour combinations! It really comes down to what you like as they all taste incredible.

A few of my favourite combos are..

Salted Caramel COR with Banana Caramel Whey ISO.

Cherry Bakewell COR with Strawberry Cheesecake Whey ISO.

Banoffee COR with Vanilla Ice cream Whey ISO.

Vanilla COR with Chocolate Orange Performance Protein.

Look out for lots more flavours coming soon too!

    Thankyou for the recommendations!
