I might like to see a little adductor work and a touch more direct delt work like a lateral raise variation on upper 1 but that’s me being picky! Over time you’ll be able to tweak things further but this is a great base to start with 👍🏼
I’ve been running it for about a month and progress has been the best I’ve ever had with the higher frequency. Thanks for the tips, I will go with your suggestions and add some adductor work and a more direct delt day on upper 1 which does make sense as delts were a bit behind progress wise.
