This looks decent ..have you tried running it yet ?
Hopping into it Monday. I ran something very similar more PPL but had maybe 5 less bicep and 4-6 less quads. Figured throwing the quads and extra hams on certain days would work best
Hey Dylan, you could try swapping to upper lower and see how you get on with that, see how you recovery is after the change of split, I know many athletes do really like an upper lower split
That would definitely be the easiest way to test it out haha!
