    Thanks a lot for the advice. This really helps a lot. Explains why my Triceps have shown great improvement sins I started really trying to overload them but think I’ve just been cheating to much on Bi’s. They just don’t feel stimulated at all.

    Thanks for the reply and advice guys. Must say its a completely different feel. Muscle aren’t sore but feel more fatigued. (If that makes any sense). Also much beter focus on the low numer of sets vs 10 sets on German Volume training.
