Yeah took me a good 3 weeks before I could get in the front passenger seat. And it’s still a process getting in, not easy when you can’t bend the knee.

Had a electric hospital-bed in the livingroom first two weeks, couldn’t get upstairs to the bedroom. And if I did I’d never get out of that memory-foam bed.

    Toilet-seat with handles and a shower-chair(not returning those 😄).

Good luck with the recovery. I just had the same surgery yesterday. In a lot of pain but started a similar protocol to you today, minus the NPP / test increase and var for now, until I get a little more mobile in 2 weeks or so â˜ș

Ah, best of luck to you too man. Hope you recover well.
They stuffed me with morphine so the pain wasn’t all that bad tbh. But it was quite noticeable when the pain killers expired and it was time for new ones 😀
I had started a test/deca-cycle prior to the injury, so it was really just a matter of lowering doses for me with those.
I was quite far from reality when it came to expectations of recovery after surgery, I called my boss day after surgery and told him I had plans of coming to work the week after. Figured it would just be a matter of getting up on my crutches and I’d be ready for anything. Not quite how it was.
5 weeks after I’m about to try my first day back tomorrow, 50% at first. Office-work for the most nowadays luckily, but still got a 40 min commute back and forth. And just getting into a car is not that easy, let alone drive one. Carpooling with a colleague at first.

Thank you all for your well wishes.

Recovery is going well, and it seems like I’m ahead of the “standarised plan of recovery-time” from the hospital. I informed my surgeon about my plans with supplements during the “debrief” after surgery, and he was intrigued. He could obviously not recommend it due to ethical reasons, but he had no objections to it. Seeing him again for a followup in 10 days.

I’m working with a great physio twice a week. And just this week we’ve made huge progress.

Today I was able to sit on a bench, lower my leg to close to 80-90 degrees and back up extended once on my own with physio only being there as safety.

Baby steps, but meant alot to me.

Hence a little wall of text as it made really happy about it 😄

Cant wait to start the proper retraining.

Would more be better when it comes to the GH? Or is it sufficient keeping it to 4iu?

This all looks fine to me and is very similar to what I have clients do in similar situations. I personally would keep the GH in pre bed and not change this.

I would also look to utilise TBJP Join in from here and keep this in for the next 6-10 months –

That dose of BPC is Imo sufficient form this period onwards –

Just be super careful with training and rehab as per guidelines from surgeon.

    Thank you.

I did try split up GH to am/pm for a few days now and night sweats have more or less gone away.

Will try go back to PM today, to see if it’s a coincidence or not. The night sweats was to a point it was affecting my sleep, sheets would be soaked. Like heavy tren-cycle mid-summer soaked.

Ye I think that’s the one that’s legit , i haven’t seen or heard of any fakes

My gh testing method is just run 10iu a day for a week, I can then feel if it’s about right

Great. Thanks for the quick responses.

I’ve sent them a request to see if we can get something sorted 👍

    Yup still spot on

Awesome. Not sure if links are allowed here, but is it the “obvious” site that is the legit one? Or are there any fake ones that pop up when googling?

And one more question. Are you familiar with Deus HGH? On it right now, 3iu. But can’t say it’s noticeable.

For recovery reasons, full rupture of quad-tendon+retinaculums each side.

Is it allowed here to ask if a certain site is legit or no? Or would that be a no-no due to sharing source etc… ?

And what’s the difference of the black, yellow and mauve tea ?

That’s sucks man, its hard not to get fucked over in sweden and norway. I don’t even trust my mom when it comes to gh?

Yeah, first time getting fucked over like this though. I’m normally quite sceptic, but let go abit on this one.
What annoys me most though is that pathetic guy keeping my money. Rather see it burn than him having it, so I’ll atleast make things as miserable as possible for him.

Yup post away, however it’s very silly buying off people you don’t know that’s why selling on here is banned

    Alright.
    His name is Christy Stone.

    Yeah, was naive of me.
I did chat a bit with him through email, and gave him “chances” to go for the quick buck, but he rather gave me suggestions that would save me money by suggesting brands giving more “bang for the buck”. So with that combined with him having a 2 year old user in here I felt safe. But guess he’s just a sneaky bastard then.
Both him and his wife are competing and seem to be sponsored, so I’d say it’s quite sad and pathetic putting their reputation on stake for “pocket-change”.
Sources are hard to get hold of here in Norway, unless paying an arm and a leg, 6-7-8ÂŁ per iu for pharm grade unless buying bulk.

    So….
This lowlife @jamessmith aka Christy ***** screwed me over regarding some hgh.
He emailed me after I gave him my email-address in this thread.
He has deleted his user in here, so his post is gone now.
    He stopped answering my emails.
I’ve reached out to him on social media aswell, but he acts like he don’t know who I am and blocked me.
He was probably thinking he was anonymous, using names from other people close to him on the emails and such. Payment-service we used though provided his real name….
I’ll fill in his last name aswell if I’m allowed to “name and shame”..?

Yeah, I suppose they’re limited to scandinavia.
I just found them as seller on scandinavian forum-/sales-board.
I did come up with a homepage for Monsterlabs when googling it though ?
First off there’s a few typos on the page, “anti-astrogens” being one of them.
Then there’s a few photos of leading personell, which seemed kinda odd, legally-wise and such.
Turns out those photos are used more than 100 times each on various sites.
Then there is their HQ wich I added a photo off, seems kinda excessive for a UGL-lab ? I also found that out to be a building in US, not that I ever would believe that to be Monsterlabs HQ.
Yeah, think I’ll do my shopping elsewhere.
Could of course be their products are gtg, they do get some feedback on the forum – but I find the whole thing with that homepage a bit odd.
