    i have ran some similar style cycles to this and me and Jordan started playing with nandralone only or similar style cycles.

    I would

    125mg test

    200mg mast – for what ever reason this seemed to make me feel better on the cycle (I got this from some older very clever guys that were huge fans of higher deca cycles)

    800-1000mg nandrolone.

    I found them great for growing and felt very good on them personally

    Will 100mg test with lets say 800mg deca run into progesterone issues/estrogen issues?
    As i easily get sore nips everytime i introduce some tren or npp/deca on my cycles? But ive always ran atlesst 300mg+ test with them.
    With eq i can easily do 700/700 test/eq no ai and never any issues and feel good.

    I would not over think the ester here at all and just switch keeping injection schedule normal

    Suddenly started getting headaches on holiday, instantly i tried to hydrate more.

    and aircondition made me get flue symptoms. Now pissing all night and sweatinf when sleeping. I instantly thought i had thick blood/high blood pressure or crashed estrogen but thats not the case at all. So i went for a blood test instantly.

    Blood pressure was 120/60 and hematocrit was 0,45.

    Progesterone is 0,08 ng/ml ref is 0,20-1,40 – so this is very low and actully this can explain why im feeling shit?

    Estradiol is 30.20 ref is 11.20-43.30

    Testosterone is 52, ref max for the lab is 50

    Free test is 79,85 pg/ml ref is 15.00 to 50.00

    Prolactin is 174.200 mIU/mlref is 86-324

    Bloods look all fine to me –

    if the ref on bloods only goes to 52 then its impossible to tell how well your testosterone is dosed.

    I would however also agree id expect free test to be higher here.

    Yeah, id do another blood test next week and see if free test is higher then. Measurement is pg/ml and not ng/ml

    for me personally.

    mast – makes me feel better when using other drugs, increases free test – in a prep seems to give a better look
    EQ – controls E2 super well, I feel good on it and it seems to increase performance in terms of endurance which will be from the slight increase in RBC
    Primo – controls E2 ok but not as effective as EQ – ideal for when running lower doses/cruise –

    i cant say I truly notice much of a difference with the look between the drugs if im doing things right to control E2 as that for most dictates the look.

    Total mg of drugs dictates more to muscle growth than specific drugs and its almost impossible to say which works better for me.

    blood work is always the same with any of these drugs in TBH over the years

    For me there purposes comes down to – how well they control E2 and how well an individual reacts to each one – Exactly the same as any other drug

    very curious about EQ and if it lowers estrogen in everyone or is it just some people? As i got hold on big amount of bold cyp 200mg and the pip aint too bad so I can live with that. How long will it be till I can eventually feel the estrogen lowering efffect? is it invidually, or once its saturated like 3-5 weeks as any other cypionate ester?
    As mast and primo kills my hair. I aromatize quite heavily and gets sensitive nips easily so i stay away from tren and npp unfortunately as that makes everything way worse. I love test/primo test/mast.

    What’s your previous use been like ? Have you used these compounds before ?

    Yes ive used npp/deca before
    No never used bold cyp. Ive used mostly test/primo at dosages of total 700mg-1100mg together

    what i would recommend doing is starting with a slightly lower dose and getting hormones checked at week 5.

    Potentially

    400mg test, 250mg EQ and 150mg NPP – total load 800mg.

    Run this and then test bloods, see how you feel/look and how progress is and then asses there and make any changes if needed

    Thank you again, is 250mg eq enough to get the vascularity benefits? Going on holiday😂

    Ask my doctor André Rizzutti on instagram, he can follow you for 8 weeks and give you a real personnalized plan to keep your hair at their maximum, will probably give you a vitamin cocktail next to the finasteride to boost all of the growing phase

    Finasteride has a really precise way to work, there is a maximum time of use at a certain dosage but also a “detox phase” lowering the dose step by step.

    He is also working a lot with body builders so he knows that next to it you are enhanced and he can advise you the best according to your protocol, and also doing blood work to check all your hormonal pannel will be very useful for him to take care of your hair recovery journey

    Agree with Kuba – lowering the test won’t make any difference now so is pointless n I wouldn’t want to lower it full

    I do see a benefit in some dropping var out for halo but as Kuba says I would not be adding it on top. Just adding toxicity n a bit silly imo.

    Okay, would dropping the var and add 20mg of halo make me look better and is 20mg enough? Then id try it to be honest, it will help me through these 2 weeks easier aswell i guess.

    Your already taking 100 mg of orals halo won’t do anything on top imo

    Are you lean enough ? Hardness does not come from drugs – this comes from low body fat so are you fat free ?

    I dont know the bf% but im not far away from last time i competed and then i was the hardest one and i placed second. Now i have about 5kg more lean tissue added. ive had a short prep this time not ideal iknow, and rapid weightloss, but i wanted to do it. I will have to go hard until next friday, shows on saturday morning. I know it depends most on how lean i am when it comes to hardness and cant really relay on drugs.
    Yes its test e unfortunately, so it wont work lowering it from today? Last pin of test e was last thursday. Last show 8 months ago i measured 3,9 bf 3 weeks out from show and i lost 3kg more after my coach measured me to 3,9%.
    So adding 20mg of halo wont add any better visuals to my physique on stage?

    Your LDL is high so you need to address this – HIT cardio, look at fat sources in diet and add in TBJP heart care

    Thank you. My fat source in diet is 10g oliven oil at each meal, with 20g peanutbutter at breakfast. I do tend to aromatize alot. I think the test mite be bunk so ive changed test source now. How much hit cardio do i need to do? And what other fat sources should i includd in my mealplan?[/quote]

    I would look to do 2-3 sessions per week.

    as long as your including sources high im omega 3 such as extra virgin olive oil, oily fish such as salmon and a good quality omega like TBJP omega pro IMO you are good. [/quote]
    Thank you. I really appriciate it. Ive told my coach to put little more healhy fats in my diet like salmon, and that i want to add HIT cardio to improve my cholesterol. I was hoping all steps and heavy work would be enough for, but i suppose i gotta do some HIT cardio as you advice me to. Ive using good quality omega already. Hopefully better bloodwork soon!

    I used deus medical for my prep. My friend is a reseller of them and i must say it worked very good, they do have labtest of every batch. Had massive hair loss on their masteron and bloodwork showed the test is legit. I use their gh now.
