    IMO for the purpose of adding a low dose to TRT it really doesn’t matter that much.

    my preference is Masteron as I find it increases free test levels somewhat and in most controls E2 well.

    For me something like 200mg test and 100mg mast is perfect

    But if you do 150-200 test, 100 prim, between a blast, does bloods come back fine after a while?

    Are you truly peeled ? For the first adjustment if you haven’t binged I’d be likely to have an increase of 500kcal then bringing that down to more of a controlled approach around 200 per increase

    I am carbing up a little for showday saturday today, and tomorrow. No, i am in peak week will bing a bit after the show, but nothing too crazy i hope. Yes i was 3,5 on calibrated caliper last measurement done couple weeks ago by my coach. and ive lost 1,5kg since then.[/quote]

    Try not to binge mate. It’ll be so much better and set you up for a much more successful off season if you can get cals up high quickly without gaining too much bf

    Thank you so much for the tips and all your knowlegde. Ill try adding couple sets of biceps on one of my legdays and see what happends. Its my biceps which lacks the most.

    Recovery is an individual thing. The only way to find out if you can recover from a split like this is to do it and measure your performance in the gym in all sessions – I.e. are you progressing?

    Nothing glaringly wrong with this split. Try it for yourself for a period of time and see for yourself.

    Thanks for your response. I just started my second peak week now for my second show for the last 3 weeks today. Im just planning how I can bring up my lagging bodyparts the best way after I finish my show. Obviously I want to add more mass on my entire body but, I feel like my arms and legs could really need a little more improvement to balance things a little more. Ive actually managed to get progressive overload on mostly all of my lifts during this contest prep even ive been in a huge calori defecit losing about 0,7-1kg bodyweight each week.
    Will go back to trt 150-175mg test e a week until bloodwork shows g2g for a blast. I will add calories back very slowly until I get back to a easy calorie surplus to minimize the fat gains so I can go for a long push.

    Hey Kuba. Soon finished with my second show. Ill be taking some time on trt and start blasting again once my bloodwork is g2g. Looking to add calories slowly back and stay quite lean, and not get too fat anymore. Bf is measured to 3,5% with calibrated bf caliper 3 weeks ago. Ive done various cycles before, tried mostly everything, had gyno surgery. My concern is that id like to really push it this year and try gain as much mass as possible while staying lean and do minicut if i get too fat. I do aromatize quite easily and progrestone gets very high using tren or nandrolone. What can i do to prevent this to go grow as much as possible?

    Would low test high deca/npp with primo be a good option? Or should i do moderate test with high primo? Or low test with little nandrolone and high primo?
    Tired of these gyno issues..
    Will also be using hgh, will also add some insulin once i start pushing the carbs high again.
