That’s why , you’re doing forced reps and negatives . Remove all of those entirely and don’t do any 50/50 reps , they mean where if you don’t know you will defo get the rep on your own , you don’t try it ! The moment you stop the forced reps etc you will fly again

Hey Jordan, thank you for your reply. Do you think I could increase the frequency or reduce the number of rest days due to the resulting reduction in CNS fatigue?

When did you last deload? How long have you been running current set up? Is nutrition/ sleep/ recovery definitely 100% ?

Thanks for your reply, Kamara. I had my last deload about 1.5 weeks ago because I had a cold. My diet is strictly according to plan, with 4000 calories on rest days and 4200 on training days (all clean, spread over about 6 meals). I also always get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.

The volume of say looks decent. How long have you run this .. When’s the last time you had a deload ? Also are you taking 50/50 reps at the end of a set ?

Hey, thanks for your reply, Oscar. I’ve been doing the split for about four weeks now, but I had to take a two-week break due to illness, which I would also consider a deload. I don’t know exactly what you mean by 50/50 reps, but I actually do all sets to failure + one last negative rep and, if there’s a spotter, maybe a few forced reps.

Sorry for the late response & thanks for your answer, but i started on the lower end for volume since i have trouble recovering, especially in terms of my CNS & since the frequency on U/L is pretty high

So would you increase the number of sets for lateral raises to 2 or 3?

All looks good IMO. Run this a few times and see what you think.

If you were to force me to change something I’d stick abs at the beginning of each lower and move adductors to the end on lower A. That’s just my preference. See how you get on with this bud.

    Thanks!

Hey, sounds like a great idea, thanks. Would you suggest U/L/Rest – Repeat or more rest days in between?

    Hi mate,

There’s a couple of really good examples of taller guys that have done brilliantly, Josh Maley and Jamie Johal are bit 6′ 6” and managed to build A LOT of muscle over time, so stay patient.

When looking at your split choice, are there any body parts in particular that need attention, or is it a case of all round development?

    Thanks for the response,
I think its mainly arms & maybe legs, since its pretty hard to get them looking big due to their length alone (and also a bit chest). Shoulders and Back are fine. Do you have any recommandations for this kind of „focus“?
