What did you notice in comparison to your normal session style? Better pumps? Less anxiety? ????

Hi James,
When you do 2 sets within the same range and same loading, how do you go about progressing next time? Say the range was both 8-12, would you only add load once you hit 12 on both sets? just seems tricky not separating the ranges as the first set will always cause the second to drop down in reps (in my head at least lol)

You’ve previously ran lower fats, is this ~120g I intake calculated as ~25% of kcals or calculated as ~.5g/lb of bodyweight? Or something completely different lol

In response to wanting to use FT for leg growth and maintaining the rest, do you mean you simply want to prioritise legs at the moment or do you mean FT wasn’t the best way for you to develop your upper body?
