See another chiropractor and look into possible disc herniation. I was convinced I had piriformis syndrome but it turned out to be a slipped L4/L5. Good luck

I use a brita filter mate. Removes chlorine and limescale. Best option is to have a reverse osmosis tank fitted or distill your own water. Hope that helps.

You RBC count is high from anabolic use, i would give blood every 3 months to control this, i would also use Curcumin and ip6 as this helps absorb iron in the gut. The oestrogen is out because your not taking an ai, they are both linked to anabolic use, bring the oestrogen under control will not improve you rbc.

Yer it’s a pain but it goes to a good cause and fixes the problem. If i didn’t compete i would just trt and maybe do some gh. You can build an incredible physique naturally or on TRT so really i think many need to question why they are doing anabolics and is it worth it._________________________________________

It doesn’t go to any cause bro the blood gets destroyed. I used to be in a venesection program you see. Been doing gear for 15 years on and off. This was a trt dose and still my rbc is skewed. Can’t do gh due to the cancer risk as it’s in my family. Natural is the way from now on. And I used to compete so pretty much why I began using in the 1st place. Just wanted to do trt to maintain some size and wellbeing. May just do one cycle a year of anavar as this has served me well in the past and no sides. Cheers for the info. -
Hi, i herniated disk L4/L5 and can confirm the pain is unlike anything I have experienced. Doctor put me on a cocktail of pain meds and nerve pain drugs which quite frankly made me feel dreadful. I also saw an nhs physio which was also largely unhelpful.
I started seeing a chiropractor privately every week and I also stopped training for 2-3 months. I also got the book back mechanic by professor stu McGill and worked through the exercises. This combination has fixed me and although I still get the odd niggle and can’t train certain movements at the gym I’m pretty much pain free.

I’d think you’d need to be really lean to use an orange and more chance of cellulitis. I’ve always used blue. The whole point of site injection is to get deep into the muscle for localised growth but I understand there’s more chance of scar tissue from needle trauma – not a problem unless you compete.

I had this done many years ago. I took 6 weeks off the gym but was working out with light dumbbells at home and doing cardio after 2 weeks. Take care when doing anything that braces the core – it was about a year before I got back to proper heavy training but I’m sure it can be done in less. Can’t comment on the peptides as I came off everything and just let nature do its thing. Good luck and don’t stress it’s a really simple op and the worst part is when it’s all over and you can’t even do a fart for 2 days coz you’re scared of popping your sutures lmao

Buy the back mechanic book by stu mcgill. I had this exact injury and I couldn’t even walk. 6 – 8 weeks of rehab using the book and 1 or 2 chiropractic sessions a week and I was back to training. All back movements now are chest supported using a bench but I am back squatting & deadlifting again albeit light but it’s better than nothing.

Were the issues resolved? I am now going through the refund process but it could take time. Honestly one of the most stressful times, all I want to do is train. Thankfully I purchased a mirafit rig on eBay and it’s now here and I’m training properly again.

For me it’s been an expensive time, I’ve bought 20,30,40,50kg dbs plus I have 2 sets of adjustable dbs 1-20kg
An oly bar and a safety squat bar, 200kg of plates, a power rack (which ain’t here yet lol)
Adjustable bench, horse stable mats for the flooring, and got some more bands coming. I also just took delivery of a chest supported row machine from strength shop (awesome ) and a squat ramp. I really need to reign it in but I’m actually loving converting my garage into a gym, and also enjoying training without any worries and listening to whatever I want. Also took it as an opportunity to come off all gear (not that I took much) so I’m trying to see what I can do as a natty.
