Normally have my intra at the gym, drive home which is 10 mins and then eat my Rice Krispies and yeah usually I’m fine but yesterday wasn’t. I did have quite a hard session though so that’s my thinking ????

It all depends on what level you are at mate. How many shows have you done and what’s your weight and stats etc?
There are thousands of coaches. Also depends where you are location wise?
I always wanted to work with Nathan Harman and I actually got an email back and prices at the start of my last prep but someone more local to me offered to do it for free so I went with him.
Maybe post some pics and the guys can see what level you are and take it from there.

Yes also dodgy tubs on eBay – I had one with no seal on the lid and god knows what’s in it but boy does it make me sick.
I use bodybuilding warehouse iso 95 as it’s really easy on the tummy. Tastes nice too not too sweet like most brands I’ve tried.

Train triceps more – dips and close grip bench – get strong on these.
Gain 12-14 lbs in body weight.
With biceps use strict movements. Straight bar curls are good, again get strong but form must be immaculate.

If you can’t stick to the frequent shots then why not just pick another drug? NPP is a good compound but there’s plenty other things you can do. I’m doing test cyp and mast E x 2 a week and seeing nice changes. Feel good on it too.

Reverse dieting out of a show prep is the way forward. Don’t do what I did and go crazy and end up 60lb over stage weight lmao.
Maybe you just don’t need as much food as others, not everyone needs to eat 7 meals a day. Are you growing and getting stronger on 2800kcals? Remember Dorian bulked on 5000 and cut on 3500 so if that’s enough for the best in the game then I’d doubt you need much more.

If digestion is skewed then you need to look at your food choices. Pick things that digest well and don’t upset your gut.
