Nope, never had a reason to. What do you need them for?

Doesn’t look as bad as you make out and I’d just focus on getting bigger for now and as Matt has said work on posing because it could just be a posing issue.

Everyone has a weaker side and we all have imbalance. Think of the body as 2 halves as opposed to one whole. I would also advise seeing a decent chiropractor and they can work on straightening you out.

I really wouldn’t worry about it though. I have the same issue myself and I will say that reducing weight and really focusing on the contraction is key to evening this out but also don’t forget the heavy stuff as this is what makes us big.

Good luck and don’t stress about it – get massive and it will take care of itself.

The ground rice/cream of rice definitely sits and digests better as I experimented with it again yesterday but is there any way to make it taste better? It’s soooo bland

I would say it depends on the smith machine as all are different and some make the movement easier and some make it harder. I think with the smith it doesn’t allow for as much body English as such where as with a barbell you can arch and drive through your lats and feet a bit more.

Yeah used to do the glucosamine and chrondoitin with msm. All becomes a bit expensive but it’s worth it for healthy joints. Cheers for the link will have a look.

I am using the myprotein version. made a difference after 2-3 weeks. I was using knee sleeves for squats and hacks before, and for some pressing and triceps work. I am up in weight on all exercises now, and am not using the sleeves.

Sounds good to me. You use any other joint support? I was using cissus and the usual fish oils plus curcumin but not sure what else to chuck in…

I read a post on IG by Dante Trudel on this subject. He recommended Hydrolysed Collagen to help with joint pain. I don’t think it is a wonder supplement but there is some research that suggests it may help (note this is just one study so more work is needed) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18416885.

I have added it to my diet and I have felt a significant difference during training. I still get an ache in my left knee the following day but I am older than the average trainee.

As I said, no miracle cure but for me it is worth using a scoop of this stuff as part of my daily regimen.

I’m doing exactly the same based on Dante’s post lol

What brand are you using? I’m using the one from bodybuilding warehouse and I take a scoop in my intra shake. Not noticing anything yet but it’s only been a week. The information on it is certainly positive.

Mon and Thursday is fine or similar spacing on differing days. I think in the grand scheme of things it probably makes not a lot of difference when you jab and the inference is on keeping blood levels stable but let’s be honest have any of us actually experimented to see if it makes any real world difference?!
Don’t complicate things and get caught up in minutia – jab at a time that’s convenient to YOU. I do mine pre workout but that’s because it’s the only time I can do it and I prefer to jab after a shower.

Try stretching your hamstrings mate, a lot of knee issues I’ve had in the past have come from tight hams.

Secondly don’t stress about it, I know how you feel but focus on what you CAN do rather than what you can’t. You clearly need some rehab and to find moves that suit your biomechanics. Remember there are 100 ways to skin a cat and it’s the same with bodybuilding. In the mean time smash upper body and work on hams and calves while you’re working around the knee injuries.

    Good luck

I would see a chiropractor. I have slight scoliosis which is a curved spine. It doesn’t affect me too much but my left side is heavier muscled than my right. As said above doing iso lateral work can even things out.

That’s a huge meal! I train 1st thing and I’d have to go back to bed if I ate that lol. I do around 100g oats with an item of fruit and 2 scoops of isolate.
Use what you can digest and utilise mate, lots of the guys on here do the cream of rice or ground rice but I honestly think it’s like eating wet sand and the real stuff is over priced and over hyped.
