Hi mate
As someone who has torn the tendon completely and had surgery to repair it I would say don’t use mixed grip again. Tearing my bicep has put me off competing in bodybuilding comps again as my arms just aren’t what they once were and I struggle to train them without niggles.It’s up to you at the end of the day but that’s my 2 cents.
As for recovery listen to your surgeon and get all the physio you can. If you are assisted I’d advise not using anything that will degrade tendons ie high test. Deca, eq and anavar may have some use here.
Never tried those peptides so cant comment.

Your sessions seem to be going well again man, are you just enjoying training for now rather than trying to push heavy loads or is there still progressive overload going on?

None at all, I just don’t pin quads or glutes as it makes those muscle look utterly shit onstage

Jordan what is the reason for you preferring to hit those injection sites? Are you a believer in localised growth or is it just to give other sites a break?

You’re looking ace in them pics, keep the light pumping going and do take it easy – your body will thank you for it in the long run. This will all be a distant memory and you’ll be blasting away in no time. As someone who has been out with some big injuries – distal biceps rupture being my worst – know a bit about taking your time and letting the body heal.Keep on keeping on man.

I used 0.5 tab arimidex twice a week, I got my oestrogen checked 4 weeks in to the cycle and it came back in range.
The last thing I want is to blow up with water when I’m in a deficit trying to lean out, kind of defeats the object.
With this in mind I’m struggling what to take on this next cycle
In terms of next cycle it’s really the clean food and cardio that will make you lean if that is your goal, you could theoretically cut on test deca and dbol if the diet was clean and cardio done fasted every day.

Hi man, to be honest you know your body better then anyone. There are studies that indicate a negative effect on the heart, cholesterol etc but hard to say when most people don’t just eat eggs everyday and therefore the potential of underlying issues effecting the aforementioned is high. Heart disease often runs in the genetic pool, so if you have a family member who had some issues with their heart I’d be extra cautious… regardless you seem to have done your health right by blood tests etc so keep monitoring for personalised data management and adjust based on that. Otherwise eat away!

imo no they are excellent and the cholesterol they provide is actually much needed

I eat 6 a day on my rest days
Usually meal 1 is6 whole eggs

Impossible to know mate, did you use any aromatase inhibitor?
Test will bloat some fellas, me myself I like the bloat as I feel strong with it.
Once you cut you will know what’s what.

K2 is for calcified arteries mate which if natty you won’t have.
