Thanks for the replies I think I was just looking for reassurance even though I’m quite confident in my approach and I’ve definitely got a few new ideas to try with this now.
I think I will continue what I’m doing but in each session I will change the focus so I can attack the chosen body part fully as said above. I always leave my quads till last and that’s why they are lagging behind I’ve just been so focussed on bringing up my chest that I’ve neglected quads which used to be a strong body part but I’ve not kept on top of them.

I was meaning more how does he do it as in considering how big he is how can he have the flexibility to do it, I used to jab my lats when I was circa 110kg, at 120+ I simply cannot reach!

Looking at the pic again it could also be a posing issue – make sure your hand spacing are the same on each side for instance.

Hi mate I have this issue myself in that my left side of my body is heavier muscled than the right. I saw a chiropractor who found that I have a slight curve of my spine and a fallen arch on my left foot. I now wear a corrective insole in my left shoe and am very aware of making sure both sides of my body are getting hit the same.
I will also quote something that I saw Jordan posting on a similar issue which was – “just get so fucking big that it won’t even matter” lol

Yes I train every other day and on my rest day I do as little as possible and shovel in the food.
I used to see a sports massage therapist years ago when I was competing but since having my son I’ve fallen behind with it. Time is such a valuable commodity when you have a baby lol.

It seems a little too generic to blanket everyone with the same training methodology once they hit a certain age.
Is your body relatively well functioning? What’s your training age? What motivates you?
Hi there
I’m 37, training around 14 years. Only recently began doing progressive overload and I’m making good gains but feel beat up all the time and the fear of injury holds me back – fully ruptured a bicep a few years ago doing heavy dead’s.Maybe my split needs work… I can only manage every 2nd day so I do a full body push then a full body pull. Low volume. Maybe I’m doing too much. Also I’ve not been for a sports massage in years so that will be a major factor.

I’ve been training about 14 years now and only recently picking these aches and pains – mainly my hip and low back. Must go see a chiropractor and see what the hell is going on.Cheers

It’s cheap and no worse than any other supermarket meat. I get chicken beef and salmon from there plus they have frozen fish too which is ok. -
Cream of rice yields more carbs per gram than ready break – but ready break is 100 times nicer to eat.
Agree that COR tastes like crap, I put whey and frozen berries in mine but tbh it’s easier to make it watery and just drink it down.

Jordan do you give blood at a nhs type blood bank or is it a private set up? I was told the nhs banks wouldn’t accept blood if I’d used steroids.
