Mutant iso surge mixes great and v. Good quality but tastes are very sweet.
Dymatize iso 100 mixes crap and doesn’t taste the best IMO
Both the above are expensive but have very good profiles…
One I keep coming back to is biotech USA iso zero. Mixes Perfectly, tastes amazing and lots of flavour choices. It’s also cheaper than the other 2 above.

Hi Jordan, how much do you rate the waist trainer and where did you buy yours? Apologies if you have already answered this. I have abdominal distension from years of force feeding and neglecting ab work.

How does one stay lean but still push size up without turning into a fat cnut? Is T3 kept in throughout the off season or do you do regular cardio?
