    no reason go over 200g protein. iam 100kg and i eat 200-250g protein. its enough. and iam not natural. many over eat protein and its stress body. decrease insulin sensitivity, etc. excess protein turn glucose and then your carbs go more easily fat cells.

    protein repair, but carbs give you fucking pump and strength????

    I agree with this. Jay Cutler ate 180g protein a day and 1000g of carbs. Good enough for me. Carbs are anabolic ????????

    I ran a similar cycle last time round but with deca instead of tren, just finished it 4 weeks back & it was the best cycle I’ve ever ran. It was

    500 test

    500 deca

    600 eq

    I’ve kept 20 lbs so far (gained 24) & by looking not a great deal is body fat.

    I usually get watery from deca but kept my diet cleaner than ever this time round & stayed leaner than I ever have. Cycle was 16 weeks long.

    Alright mate, I used sus for that cycle, it was my first run with eq & not quite sure how much I got from it. Going to give test/deca/mast a go next time round to see how i get on with that. [/quote]

    Yann, 2012 dc ish style. Same set up as how Kuba, Jamie, Haider are training atm. My gains were because I pushed from a post show 210 upto 286 ???? , first time I ever really pushed my eating. Taking my body weight up 76 was what did it – Scott did a serious job pushing me to make that happen, he realised quickly that I could basically eat any amount of calories in 2012 , so we just went for it. Same with milos in 2015 , 250 to 300 . And Stefan in 2018 , 260-308 . It’s just about eating and going up ( which basically no one has to the bollocks to properly do because it’s hard)

    How did you keep fat loss to a minimum while gaining so much weight or were you pretty fat at that weight?

    Chiropractor is what you need in the first instance. And yes avoid any low back loading and hip hinging movements for now.

    Give it time, you will get used to it and in a few months or so you will be stronger than ever.
    I only used to train in the afternoon and I couldn’t ever imagine being able to train early in the morning but then my situation changed and the only available time was for me to train 1st thing between 8 and 9 am. At first I struggled and was weak but once I got used to it and started going to bed earlier plus nailing my nutrition, my sessions have never been better. I can’t imagine going back to afternoon sessions now.
    Persist with it and also I will say having a really good meal either the night before or pre gym helps massively. That coupled with a very good pre workout and intra workout supplement will help in a big way.
    Are you training fasted or do you eat something prior to training?
    What is your current pre workout and intra workout (if any).

    45 mins isn’t enough time to digest much at all so maybe do a whey isolate + a small banana immediately on waking. Then try getting in a couple of glasses of water.
    Once at the gym take pre workout – JP prepare is fantastic.
    Intra workout would be ideal here too and will really help – some essential amino acids, highly branched cyclic dextrin, creatine and some pink salt.
    As far as eating the night before goes – I have a meal pretty much right before I go to bed. When I’m training the next day I’ll have some carbs usually a couple of bagels or some oatmeal and some whey protein. Basically some good carbs to fill up glycogen stores for the morning. Give that a try and after a few weeks of this you will get used to it.
