    3x a week I’d do full body, no questions. You can hit everything 2x a week, get loads of rest and get really damn strong.

    Give it time, you will get used to it and in a few months or so you will be stronger than ever.
    I only used to train in the afternoon and I couldn’t ever imagine being able to train early in the morning but then my situation changed and the only available time was for me to train 1st thing between 8 and 9 am. At first I struggled and was weak but once I got used to it and started going to bed earlier plus nailing my nutrition, my sessions have never been better. I can’t imagine going back to afternoon sessions now.
    Persist with it and also I will say having a really good meal either the night before or pre gym helps massively. That coupled with a very good pre workout and intra workout supplement will help in a big way.
    Are you training fasted or do you eat something prior to training?
    What is your current pre workout and intra workout (if any).

    I ran a similar cycle last time round but with deca instead of tren, just finished it 4 weeks back & it was the best cycle I’ve ever ran. It was

    500 test

    500 deca

    600 eq

    I’ve kept 20 lbs so far (gained 24) & by looking not a great deal is body fat.

    I usually get watery from deca but kept my diet cleaner than ever this time round & stayed leaner than I ever have. Cycle was 16 weeks long.

    Hi mate which test ester did you use? Thinking of doing a similar thing for my next run. Cheers

    Side tricep is a strong pose for you so make sure you hit that plenty. No idea how genetics makes you hold water but I’m no doctor. I think you’re confusing water for fat? I certainly wouldn’t be cutting water at 5 days out – it should just be a constant for now.

    I think if you got some help from one of the coaches on here you could make this work.

    You’re not quite there yet but there’s no harm in doing the show as you’ll learn a lot and it’s good experience.
    From now though you will need to hammer the cardio and basically eat nothing but protein so it will be tough but if you can chip off another 5lbs you may benefit from a small carb load the night before the show.

    Also could do with seeing some pics of the legs, how are they looking? Are your hams and glutes through?

    Narrow stance smith machine squat with your feet about a foot or so in front of the bar – similar movement. Or if you have a leg press machine like a technogym one or similar you can do a similar thing – feet low and close on the plate and focus on time under tension and high reps as they only go to about 200kg. Just gotta get inventive buddy!

    Terrible quality of pic, hard to see much detail but being brutally honest you’re not lean enough. More cardio and less carbs needed to flatten out then maybe a small carb load the night before the show is my opinion. What federation is it? Can you show more pics maybe a rear double bicep and we can get a better idea.

    What rice cookers do we all use and which are recommended? I see heaps of different ones and not sure which to get. I cook a lot of rice and fed up of cleaning pans. I had a cukoo brand when I was over in South Korea and it was amazing but they are pricey.

    Any recommendations would be ace.

    I use the tefal 8 in 1 cooker and have recommended it to many clients who swear by it now as its so multipurpose and a bargain at around £50

    Pack a meal prep bag with any carb up foods and meals you may need for the day and any supplements etc. Also take some kind of resistance band for pumping up in case there’s no weights back stage. Tan. – definitely don’t forget to take your tinned tan and remember to put some on your face as well as your body! Hair styling products as well if you use that sort of thing. Money, phone charger.
    Take a towel and spare clothes. Wear baggy clothes and flip flops to the show, gasp baggy mesh stuff is ace as it’s breathable and loose. Don’t forget to take off your flip flops as you walk on stage – a guy in my class did this and it just messed him up lol
    Music – not sure how your event is run but some still ask for a CD of your music.
    Posing trunks definitely don’t forget those!

    305lbs @ your height (5’5?) is insane. I’m 6’0 so that’s like me being 380ish (I’m 260 right now) which is Greg kovacks territory. Fair play mate you are certainly pushing the envelope and that will be your legacy. Respect.
