    Apparently you can google Rohm labs and there is a website you can buy from although I’ve never used it nor have I bought gear from a website. I just ask the biggest fucker in the gym.

    As long as you rotate your food sources each day – as in eat a different source of protein at each meal so you get a broad spectrum of amino acids then you’re fine. Doesn’t matter if it’s from whey, eggs, beef, fish, chicken etc etc

    Depends on what you’ve done thus far. Have you been carb depleting? If you’re already in shape you may not need a carb load… are you flat? Lots of info needed here mate.

    I use the tefal one but James has the best one I’ve ever used! I’m not sure if the name but the rice comes out absolutely perfect!

    I know chad since 2000 and I worked with I’m several years. During my careeer I worked with hany Farah Neil hilwlmand meadows and to me Chad is the best. Nothing fancy heavy ass weight very high protein diet insulin day or insulina sparingly around workouts, I remember 2003 Ron stepping on stage in Vegas at 298 dry as fuck and I was there been a chad’ s athlete t I remember gunter Dennis James walking the stage bigger and ripped than ever…I think Chad could do amazing on James physique since the approach will be completely different from diet and prep.. my 2 cents[/quote]

    I’ve used one of their leg presses and it’s awful, just can’t get comfy in the damn thing. Angle is horrible too kills the knees and low back.

    Not a JP sponsored athlete or anywhere near pro level just a gym rat but been doing it a long time – I would have stockpiled as much pharma grade gear as I could back in 2005 when I started – ugl stuff is crap by comparison.

    Were you prescribed it for sleep?

    Omprezole works well actually but just listening to @drdeanstmart it reduces stomach acid when likely cause of issues from PED use are due to low stomach acid.. have a read of his articles / posts on it.. one to avoid!

    Would also appreciate the circadian benefits from Melatonin too! Just bloody hard to buy here.. practically give it away in the States!

    Yes It was for sleep.

    Omeprazole has been life changing for me and I have read the stuff Dr Dean has written but without it I can’t even drink water without getting acid reflux but I do have 2 abdominal hernias which probably doesn’t help.

    An intra shake IS food mate. It’s just a liquid meal and it’s the fastest thing you can absorb so it starts working as you train. If you eat solid food by the time it digests and hits the blood stream you will be out of the gym. Pointless imo.
