You could always freeze a sperm sample just in case. I have been using gear on and off since 2005. I took 8 months off as I was away working abroad and I’ve now got a 16 month old son. Honestly thought I was infertile but apparently not.
There are loads of guys who have conceived while on and also lots of guys who have done fertility cycles and managed to conceive. My advice is if you’re not ready for kids just now then don’t worry about it, live your life, chase your goals etc and when the time is right it will happen.

There’s loads more you can add but that’s kinda my staple vitamin stack. Mind and look at the trained by JP range and supplement needs stuff as they do a few all in one products such as heart stack, liver stack etc. -
You can get this prescribed at the doctor, I used to have a repeat script for it but didn’t need it anymore as my sleep is much better now. I’m on omeprazole as well do you have problems with it?

Horrible thing to go through mate I went through it with my mother (lung cancer) was with her at every stage and thankfully we got lucky and she’s still with us today and I really do think a positive mindset and being super healthy in general helped us. Wishing you luck and positive blessings mate.

I see the logic behind training a muscle more often equals more growth but there are exceptions to that theory – Dorian Yates is one, Jay Cutler is another. You are at a pretty advanced level so you will be pretty in tune with what’s worked for you so far. You highlighted your weak areas so now you need to pick the setup that allows you to bring up those lagging body parts. Upper lower is great if you’re only doing compounds but you need a bit more targeted work imo. PPL allows this and with it still being low on the volume side of things there is scope to add in ‘top up’ work such as doing arms at the end of each session. I’ve been doing PPL for the last 2 years and I’ve made good progress in size and strength but I’m finding my shoulders aren’t progressing and I’m just not getting on with doing chest and delts in the same workout so I’m going to try a 4 day split and give shoulders it’s own day. Your shoulders are massive so I don’t think you will have an issue here!

Try resting the bar a bit lower so it’s more on the meaty part of your traps or if your lacking in the trap area use the “weenie pad” lol

Push pull legs would work well for you sir! Very decent physique you have there – arms and lat width are the only weak points in my opinion. If i was you I wouldn’t even bother with the cut just keep food clean and push up a little more as you’re already in good shape for off season.

Use what you get on best with. If you like stims go with the caffeine. Prepare is awesome if you’re looking for something with mad focus and just enough caffeine.
