Just personal experience, I’ve used it twice at 50mg ED, both times within 7-8 days I can barely eat. Have absolutely 0 appetite and force feeding just results in me feeling ridiculously sick until I vomit. It’s a not go for me.
Dbol on the other hand, i love that shit.
I get this with all orals except when I’m dieting for a show. Sucks.

I’ve done this in the past, far too many horror stories of injectable winny gone wrong. I believe James Hollingshead did this on his recent prep so maybe he will chime in. @James Hollingshead -
Can’t you just eat eggs in the morning? Have the beef later on in the day before bed perhaps? I know it’s trendy to eat 5% beef for meal 1 around here lol but if you ain’t enjoying the meal then swap it out? I use the 5% beef myself and it is dry and bland so I add some spices, Worcester sauce and a courgette plus maybe some diced tomato. Fresh Veg seems to be the best thing to help it go down for me and tons of Chohula or Franks hot sauce.

Nathan de asha would be good, I can see why he isn’t everyone’s favourite he does seem quite outspoken so it’d be good to see another side of him. He’s a freak anyway and knocking on the Mr Olympia door so I guess he can say what he likes. What’s your thoughts on the Shaun rhoden scandal? Can’t believe it tbh but now it seems there is a space for someone else to have a chance at the Mr O. Look forward to the next vid.

James what about doing a video with big Eddie hall or martyn ford? Maybe you can do a cameo in one of his movies lol or how about Zak khan since he’s trying to make a comeback? He’s a very interesting character and so much potential.

Depending on what your area of expertise is you may want to try and offer something different as there are millions of personal trainers and it can be tough to make a living.
Look at strength and conditioning and nutrition courses in addition to the usual reps level 3 courses that most gyms want you to have. Nabba do a bodybuilding one which I always fancied.
You can also really make some cash with boot camp style classes for the mainstream type folks.

It’s normal to have the odd heart palpitation and the more you are in tune with it the more anxious it can make you which can lead to more heart palpitations! This was what my doc told me when I went to him for a similar issue. I’m not medically trained so it’d be good if @hilly and @drdeanstmart could chime in here.

Depends on what’s causing them mate. Give some more info please ie when are you getting them, any health issues? Are you on gear? Have you had blood work or seen a doctor?

Hey mate
I do bench squats and I do high reps, this keeps tension on the quad and makes the movement safe and I am able to progress on it. Saying that if my gym had a hack or pendulum I probably wouldn’t squat very often. Many of the top guys on here do some form of squat variation for example Jordan and Corrine do a smith squat which recruits the quads exceptionally well. -
Just had a look at your latest insta pic, looking forward to seeing you full as a house for tomorrow. Hope you get the result you’re looking for and this reminds me of the 99 British Grand Prix which was a time when bodybuilding was great, it feels like it’s getting great again and it’s down to guys like you. If you are getting gains there is no need to increase the dose.
Remember drugs are body weight/muscle mass dependent mainly

Is there a formula for this mate ie how many mg per kilo etc and is it based on lean mass or just overall mass. I’m hovering between 260 and 270 and currently doing a gram of gear which is very tolerable and I’m making good gains. Cheers

Try changing the range of motion on it. I get this when I try to do any dipping movement so I just don’t do it. Close grip bench is my go to for tricep mass. Give it a try

Halo is better for a pre workout imo. Makes me feel like I can run through walls.

Treadmill for me. Anything else impacts too much on my weights sessions. Plus I can watch box sets while on the treadmill which makes it pass much quicker!
