My physio that cured by tricep tendonitis that had been going on for a year explained that the only way to completley fix tendonitis is to strengthen the tendons. She prescribed me isometric dumbbell static holds so basically a tricep kickback but hold it for 1-2 minutes. It took a few weeks for the pain to dissapear but it got better progressivley. Just my 2 cents or ‘pence’ as you fellas go by over the sea hehe

if you wanna nuke your inflammation go on a long fast probs not ideal for holding weight but it will fix your elbows up quickly. That and static holds fixed my chronic tricep tendonitis.

top goal for 2020 is to get some decent strength work in without breaking anything ???? hoping for a 160 barbell bench and 260 deadlift

Dumbbell presses are a tricky beast aye its always an extra factor at play trying to balance the damn things. Which db’s are you using these days the big Watson’s you had made or a dif brand? Would it make sense to tuck elbows more on heavier set, then flare on back off sets for more pec but safer as load is less? Pressing with flared arms fking tore my pec last time i tried pressing heavy but it certainly feels like more pec. What are your thoughts on the matter ?

You got a goal weight to hit on incline dumbell this run? Just rewatched you pushing the 95’s.
I’ve finally managed to get back to previous strength after a long year of recovery from my pec tear man it feels good.
When are we going to see you Luke and James having an incline barbell showdown ha! -

What federation did you learn under for Tae Kwon Do JP?
I did Tae Kwon Do for many years under the ITF. Black belt at 10 is very impressive! -
You possibly have answered this but i couldn’t find it in last couple weeks of log posts.
I noticed you have added in free weight rows again, is this purely for lower back loading?
Also the return of the barbell press, do you still feel its non specific or have you changed your thoughts on it.
As always i like to hear your insight on certain exercises.
