+1 for 400kg deadlift. I know they aren’t ideal in terms of a benefit but you must miss deadlifting? I know we certainly miss you going nuts before a deadlift set haha

Hope you are well.
I recently got some blood work done as i suspected i had low thyroid.
Doctor told me while i was outside “healthy range” (mine was at 5), TSH value is only treated at a level of 10 mU/L
Free T4 was 13.6 pmol/L
I also had my testosterone levels run and they were quite low also (14.3) nmol/L
If it helps also Cholesterol was slightly high at 4.9 nmol/L
age is 23
weight is 104kg
not running any ped’s

Training seems to be going well hows the ham feeling? Injuries suck i only just recovered from cronic tricep tendonitis to then tear my pec. I guess it’s just a any progress is good progress kinda thing with it coming back to normal.

Ultrasound said it was a minor muscle tear. There was zero bruising and it gets less sore every day. The guy that did my scan said the muscle tears more frequently than the tendon which seems strange but anyway wait and see if it heals.

Felipe – I imagine a lot of content is cut to make it watchable, they are hardly gonna have every 3-4 min rest of people drinking their intra are they lmao.
Jordan – Is what it is unfortunately. I personally have very strong triceps so they naturally take over my pressing perhaps heavy free weight movements are just not flared friendly. So odd i see some very strong people pressing with practically horizontal arms. -
After finally getting strong on flat dumbell press with elbows not tucked i fkn tear my pec lol. Any tips for recovery other than resting? What was the severity of your pec tear back in the day JP?
