    Enhanced athlete have a good range of sarms i know they stock Cardarine, focused nutrition also seem to have a good reputation.
    Also if you pay in Ethereum you get a decent discount with Enhanced Athlete. I know this is a bbing thread not a cryptocurrency one so i wont go into details ahah.

    What are you most excited for food wise in Melbourne JP? Plenty of yummy sushi places! What days will you be at the expo? Don’t suppose you will be selling any merch??

    I suggest you avoid Doherty’s gym like the plague over the Expo weekend, its a great gym but i doubt you will be able to actually get a session in with how crowded it will be. Best point of call is to pick a random small gym aha.

    Avoid basa possibly the worst tasting fish imo ahah! White Ling fillets are my go to for fish with plenty of lemon! Are you coming along to Arnold Classic Australia with Luke this year JP ?

    Making some crazy gains James keep up the good work! I know you are a fan of burgers have to tried kangaroo burgers might be a little tricky to find over in the UK (im from Aus) they are very low fat and super delicious. Keen to see another training vid with you and JP throwing some big weights around!

    JP, In regards to cardarine i hear good things from the enhanced athlete products. A friend of mine uses there sarms (useless i know) and has had positive experiences with ordering from them. I have heard that cardarine can negatively impact your muscle pumps though.

    Tried less elbow flare on incline bench yesterday very hard to make the change when im used to using my triceps to push! Did as you said in the video and backed off the loading to re build accurate form. Also listened to what you said about lateral raises with stupid heavy weight and i felt it much better controlling it with good form. Also curious as to how you managed to develop your forearms so well when you always use straps like myself ahah!
