Great push workout JP i will have to try that incline reverse band out on my next push day! Is the banded smith close grip a new tricep press variation or were you just trialing it to see how it felt? Keep the vids coming feel like a meth junky checking the site everyday ahaha!

JP would you advise pressing with less elbow tuck to develop chest better? Fairly strong presser but my chest is under developed only problem is i feel like i will be able to move less weight !

Yeah true, just thought someone might of had a similar issue! No my AC joint is fine i haven’t tried dips yet as they are fairly harsh on the shoulders area as it is dumbell flyes were ok but could not go heavy at all

No swelling or inflammation. Feels like its mainly in the neck it flares up when i hold weight or try incline and shoulder pressing flat pressing is fine so i don’t think its the rotator cuff. Would you recommend a physio or just rest and see how it is in a week?
