Jordan has nailed it there is no right or wrong way to run a cycle. Design should be based on previous ratios and how you felt and the titrate up as you need

I don’t personally run blood work to find where to dose my primo : test
I find my doses entirely based on feel
And then may check to see where the estro is out of curiosity , but most of the time i don’t bother, as me knowing that number doesn’t impact the important part – how you feel
I basically try to hold as little water as I can without my joints telling me to fuck off , so I tend to run much much higher primo to test
There is no right / wrong , just what feels good for you
The dose you have said , I would feel shit and be a water balloon
So in your case scenario you yourself would run much higher primo than test but it’s hard to run such a high dose of primo as the quantity of oil 😂 Thanks for the insite greatly appreciated.

i agree i dont any real need for it Tbh however if you want to and as J says we have all been there then how he explains to do it is what I would do but I would just start with the pre meal dosing
Thanks Hilly, yes going to apply it once bodyweight comes up alongside food/Carbs just said I’d ask as I have heard is much about this insulin around pre and Post workout

With this little carbs you don’t need any slin yet makes no sense to add that in yet
Orals in offseason. Will cut it short by smashing your appetite and driving more oxidative stress
Stay patient take your BW up slowly don’t over eat and push your lifts up
Thanks Kuba yeah will stay away from the orals just trying to see is their anything new I haven’t tried but as you said with the affect on appetite it simple isn’t worth the oxidative stress. Thanks for the feedback. Will apply insulin as food comes up and have much more room with Carbs for it 👌

At 300 carb , your not even really in a position to use insulin in anyway that you are thinking / hoping it’s going to be some game changer ( it’s not )
you can have what 60-70g carbs pre workout meal 45 mins before , 50g Intra and 150g pwo , so your looking at 2-3iu pre workout and then 5-6iu pwo , if you take 4iu gh with the pre workout insulin dose that will then at least make the whole thing a little more worth it
So what I’m defo getting , which is very very normal, we have all been there , is thinking you can slam a load of insulin at the workout perimeter and have a ton of carbs and your going to explode . All that happens is you will get fat, very fast .
Do the above , be very mindful that after a diet , your body is going to pull food super fast from your gut and this could leave you hypo , if that happens , you must lower the insulin dose next time , or again , your going to get fat from the hypo binges
I don’t love the cycle , just going to be a watery mess with that much aromatisation and nothing to control it
A much wiser cycle would be
200 test
200 npp
300 primo
You will then stay looking and feeling great , opposed to e2 levels having you cry at anything the tiniest bit sad lol
Thanks Jp will apply the insulin when bodyweight rises and i have more use for it as food will be higher and have much more carbs to use.
So yeah will apply the primo instead of the mast, my worry is getting legit primo. Doesn’t seem easy to come by here down in Ireland 😂 From my knowledge anyway. So from a ration standpoint for future application with the humalog is their a particular rough ratio you would recommend or a trial and error basis ? Thanks again will update here once I’m on and see how things are running 🙏

Thanks for the fast response Jp, Haven’t delved into GH yet could never justify the spend so should it be brought in ? I am currently only on just over 300g carb training days going up from next week, t3 got removed just this week as I tight-rated it down from 2 tabs to half over 4 weeks. Can push food quite high and work with it as offseasons prior calories have gone as high as 4.7k.
So your recommendation is bring it in as needed based on Blood glucose ? Don’t have much knowledge on insulin usage so bear with me 😅 also Was thinking around Cycle ? Been on 175mg rest e now for the past 12 weeks and was gona start cycle with
300 Test E
200 NPP
200 Mast
25 mg ProvironGradually tight rate rate these up as time goes on based on performance and visuals.
I have ran 5 cycles now so not exactly a beginner but far from advanced never really touched high dosages currently weigh 89kg highest was 99kg but sloppyish, any other recommendations for cycle ? Orals etc ? Blood work looks all good as is and have had no issues so far.
