You will have to assess your AI dosage via Bloodwork, but you could start with that and then have some bloods taken so you see where your E2 levels are.
What’s for sure in my opinion is that you should add the AI now, because those sensitivity sings are never a good thing to leave unfixed, especially if then lead to a formed gyno

It is really important, go to vigorousteve.com and look for an electrolite management article, there you’ll find tons of info!! 😀

Hi mate – i have covered this multiple times on this forum .

I have found the following to bring down prolactin.

    VITAMIN B6 P5P

    VITAMIN D3

    VITAMIN E

    ASHWAGHANDA

    VITEX

ALSO USING SOMETHING LIKE DIM will also help as prolactin thrives in a higher oestrogen environment so ideally if we can keep oestrogen at bay we can keep prolactin lower also.

    Thanks man!!!

I’m not aware if a downregulation of the dopamine receptors could occur due to using caber such as when you use some recreational drugs…
But I pulled it out 16 weeks ago so it would be quite strange

I’d be suprised if that was the case 15-16 weeks in tbh but anything can be possible with the human body.

I agree on the B6 as above.

What do you mean by if it was the case 15-16 weeks in?

No smoking nor kratom whatsoever. I think the main cause of its elevation is due to overtraining, as it has happened before without even taking AAS.
But I’m not sure if it could be due to pulling the caber out from a previous nandrolone cycle which may have lead to a kind of rebound…

Whats Your water intake? Thats the first and main priority. Giving blood might be a bad idea since Your body gonna rebound harder. Supplemet vise arjuna, telmisartan, ip6, astragalus but first have a honest look into Your water intake

Why do you recommend telmisartan and astragalus for high hemoglobin??
Aren’t they just for bp management and kidney health or do they have some relation with hemoglobin itself?
    Thanks!

5mg a day (pre workout if you want) if you need some bp management and want to increase bloodflow during workout.
I only use it if I wanted to control bp 5mg alongside 20mg telmisartan.
Pd: bloodflow to your 3rd leg also increased?

I personally don’t get acne on any compound however a few of my clients suffer when using Deca and Tren so I tend to recommend Test & Masteron as the lads have mentioned. Also keep your diet super clean and clean your body 2/3 times daily!

What do you mean by keep your diet clean??
Is there any particular thing that could cause acne??

That study is void , the comparisons aren’t valid . They aren’t making pre and post comparisons , so there is no data collected at the start of the study which is compared to the end of the study , and then rate of change compared to other groups. It’s simply end of 12th week tests compared directly to each other . We don’t know how people were prior to coming into the study and furthermore we don’t exactly know what anyone was taking , because no one was actually given steroids , it was their own self reported use , which we know can be messy . Less so here in the U.K as we have good labs , but basically anywhere else , no one can categorically say they know exactly what they are taking . So if no pre to post comparisons are made and we don’t know with any certainty what people are taking , how can we draw anything conclusive from the study? Seems that what passes for a study in Turkey is a little diff to here or the USA haha

Wow luckily you have reviewed it because most 100%sicence-based fitness enthusiasts were shitting massively hard on EQ due to that study, they compared it to pinning petrol into your ass, but in the end, we don’t really have that many anabolics to choose from…

Pax yes and yes , that’s in an offseason that’s literally it , increasing cals from fats after a period of time , becomes the only way to add more food based on those two factors you mention

Thanks a lot Jordan, always pleased with your answers, could you please clarify the amounts of protein you would consume on each phase, regarding an enhanced athlete?

In addition to that, why would we then increase our fat intake during the offseason? In order to not consume huge amounts of carbs and therefore have better insulin sensitivity? Or maybe because it allows for more kcal within less volume?

Hi Pax, not Jordan (obviously!) But think Jordan means that carbs are best for retaining performance and muscle glycogen to allow for the preservation of more tissue when on a cut. We would never lower protein especially on a cut. Protein is the most thermogenic macronutrient we have and is key in retaining muscle tissue especially on a cut as we are not as ‘anabolic’ due to the defecit.

Thanks a lot Curtis!! Yes I knew about the thermogenic properties of protein, that’s why I wanted to know if we would replace them for even more carbs!!
