It would depend on how you respond to nandrolones, in my case just 200 deca brings me high prolactin + gyno simptoms.
The wisest thing in my opinion would be chek your prolactin, estrogen and all the other values at the sixth week on cycle. As you wouldn’t know if the problems come from e2 or prolactin.
If you already control e2 at the T dosages you are willing to use, then keep caber on hand just in case, and if needed add it .25 x 2 week if moore needed .50 x 2 week.

Testosterone can increase prolactin as can elevated estrogen.
Your creatinine is significantly elevated to the point I would assess previous baseline value and seek medical intervention

Warm up sets are for priming the nervous system and muscles ready for the working set. These shouldn’t be fatiguing at all or take anything away from your top sets.
An example for your scenario above could be something like:
60kg x 8
70kg x 5
80kg x 2
90kg – working set
If this is an exercise at the beginning of a workout, you may want to do 1 or 2 more lighter warm ups too. You essentially need to find what works best for you, so this is just an idea.

Why would you avoid dairy? Digestion issues?
A good coach here in spain used to put you on around 2000mg of calcium if the diet was high on protein in order ti avoid decalcification of the bones preventing the acidity (more alkaline environment) -

Surplus doesn’t have to huge. As long as weight is going up. Strength is going up and body fat isn’t getting too high you are more than likely on the right path.
How much weight increase x week would you say is a good reference when bulking???

Sad to hear that man, I hope you have a good recovery. I was a bit confused for the volume you did per session at first (too much I thought but with a 2on 1off and that split there is quit a bit rest between the same muscle, if i’m right) are the sets at 100% or trying not to force too much the back??.

Damn man I also have the same problem (water from both sites) my bloods showed high prolactin, I’m on .25 x2 a week and you can go up to a 1.5mg week total
