Hey bud! I don’t have carinatum personally but I do have pectus excavatum so I’ve got some experience here.
I personally found putting emphasis on the upper chest as my pressing movement has helped hide some of the deformity. But depending on the severity of yours it might not ever look exactly how you’d want it to.
Either way, don’t lose faith and keep grafting at it.

Thanks both, I’ll look into JP’s breakdown of it.

Hi guys, apologies about the above. I’m new to the site so just getting my bearings with it.
I’ve recently switched from upper / lower to FBEOD after a successful 14 months doing UL. My questions are mainly around exercise selection and rep ranges:
Q1: Does the below exercise selection encompass everything FB training should? I use the following:
– Hammer Strength Incline
– Atlantis Side Lateral
– Nautilus Tri Extension
– Hammer Strength Pull Down
– Life Fitness Chest Support Row
– Nautilus Bicep Curl
– Hammer Strength Upright Ham Curl
– Nautilus Leg Press for Calves
– Atlantis Pendulum
– Ab CrunchQ2: Does my rep range make sense? Set 1 I’ll typically aim for 12-15 reps which isn’t to failure. On my second set which is my last on any exercise I usually aim for 4-8 reps. My understanding of FB is that there’s typically not feeder sets included which is why I go for the higher volume set first.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
