    Yep. I used to buy the cheapest whey in big brands like myprotein or prozis and always ruined my digestion. Since i can buy better ones had 0 problems. Now im using spanish brand called proenutrition and everything is perfect.

    Sucralose, just with some drops you can make anything enough sweet and it doesnt cause problems with digestion.

    just try cooling, no massage, nothing fancy.
    1 day for some magic is quite low, maybe some antiinflammatory creme greased on top would’nt have be too bad, but I wouldnt use it now.

    I already competed and i could pose OK
    I used antiinflamatory creme and heat gel the previous night and the same day in the morning. It worked very well.
    I’m the one in te right.
