    its so hard to answer these questions.

    Most importantly if you enjoy this and your making progress then run with it.

    personally I would not have chest/back together unless there is a specific reason. I.E chest is a weakness and back is a strong point.

    I would usually opt for a normal Push/Pull/legs – if arms are a priority I would go Push/Pull/rest/arms/legs/rest

    Honestly i have trouble to progress on my pressing movements probably because i have arms 2 sleeps before hitting chest and back again,that’s why idk if it’s necessary for me to have arm day to grow bi or should i hit them every other session little by little.
