Yeahs its pretty simple. I go, wait for a while and drink some free squash, they prick your finger to check you’re good to “give”. Then just a case of taking a fucking garden hose sized needle in the arm and sitting there for 5-10 mins. After that is a club biscuit, horrible cup of coffee, then book in for 12 weeks time and drive home.
Train as normal but i would certainly avoid training after. Wait until the next day, but cardio should be ok.
Little tip is to go for a little wander round and drink loads of fluids before you give. Blood pisses out much faster.

How are ferratin levels donating this frequently? Mine tanked doing 3 donations a year so I don’t give blood as frequently now

Thanks, guys. I was just wondering: if you guys are/ have used steroids, how do you go about this then? Just don’t tell them? Because here in Belgium, if you ever injected yourself, you’re not allowed to give blood anymore lol …
So just don’t mention this I guess?

Yeah you just have to lie about that lol. From what I’ve read blood is perfectly safe to use but I only donate on trt

I don’t feel any different after donating.

Generally it goes smoothly i just listen to music and the needle is in my arm for about 5 mins.

Advantages – Hopefully I’m healthier and also helping save someones life

I’ll go to the gym the following day

NPP won’t skew the estrogen test so that should be accurate.

It will show as testosterone though so this might be higher than you’d expect

I guess really it’s about what compounds and doses you’re comfortable using.

For me the injectables I’ve mentioned are side effect free at dose ranges of 2-400mg. Deca will cause me gyno and dick issues if i let E2 climb above range. As long as i keep that in check all is good and sex drive is amazing.

I don’t like starting a cycle with an oral or having a pre planned period for use of orals. I only add them in if really stuck and just before coming off. This is because they have a much larger negative affect on lipids and blood pressure so using at the start of a cycle just puts your health in a much worse place from the start.

I like to go slow and progress injectables with food and performance whilst keeping an eye on bloodwork every 8-12 weeks.

Compound wise I’d be using test, deca, eq, mast. Test and deca being the main builders and eq or mast as an add on. I’d only use an oral right at the end for 4 weeks when things get tough and you just want a burst before going to a cruise period.

Dose wise I’d use upto 3 compounds at once on the 2-400mg range per compound

my thoughts on the drug side would be that if you truly are a poor responder, upping the dose won’t help you much, and will come with more potential health issues.

I think Jordan said in a fairly recent video ‘you can’t out drug your genetics’

If looking to grow then I’d take it slow and just increase doses gradually as needed.

I think your best way forward is to get a coach you can trust and let them guide you.

I’d look to start natural / trt for a few months then move into a blast with them if that’s what you want to do

It’s hard to do much for HDL on cycle – You’re Lipids are in good shape. If you don’t use omega 3 I’d add that in year round along with the vit D. try to get 1000-2000mg epa/dha depending on your budget.

I had a reading high like yours from medichecks on 300mg test e. I think Dean said it was probably an assay error.

The estrogen won’t impact the results of the testosterone but for me when estrogen gets around that level I tend to get poor sleep, increased blood pressure and my dick can do weird shit lol. So for me I would use an AI just to prevent that. The 0.5mg adex twice a week keeps me at the high end of normal

Liver value is going to be from training as is the CK elevation. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Supplement with 4-5000iu vit D3 daily as you are deficient. Take with a fat containing meal as it is a fat soluble vitamin.

You don’t have to use an AI if you aren’t getting side affects but if you do choose to add something in I’d start with 0.5mg adex or 12.5mg asin on your injection days.

I’ve seen quite a few of these really elevated testosterone levels on low – moderate amounts of test recently. Not sure whats going on maybe an assay issue? I don’t think I’d lower the dose I’d just carry on as you are if you’re feeling good

I’d be concerned about that LDL if it were me Paul.

It’s drugs and dietary fat sources that cause the problem rather than carbs and limited refined sugar intake.

What are your fat sources and how much fat are you consuming?

You could make some changes to diet to try and improve things but if AAS are being used you might not see much improvement

Have a look at your fat sources Paul – saturated fat intake and trans fats are the main drivers of LDL.

Carbs shouldn’t matter too much but keep refined sugar intake to a lower percentage of total carbs

Absolutely no reason not to have this if you like it mate not sure why people say otherwise.

It’s a complete protein but it does have a lower leucine content than animal protein sources. You have said you are having this after a fish meal or as a snack so you get plenty of leucine from the other sources ????????

    Hi Raol,

Personally, if you are a somewhat ‘health seeking’ individual, then I’d absolutely get that LDL down.

Although we can see in studies on certain isolated populations and some n=1 examples that raised LDL doesn’t always result in increased cardiovascular disease, this is not the case for most popuulations, and when looking at the body of evidence with an unbiased view we can absolutely see that LDL is the number one risk factor for atherosclerosis and heart disease.

Increased HDL does not negate the increased LDL and the general trend is to see a rise in HDL along with LDL. LDL is still high so risk is still increased over lower levels of LDL.

You’re currently above the top end of the range and if i understand what you have said correctly then you are still natural and not used any anabolics as of yet.

Your cholesterol used to be in range but since going keto it has increased.

I would not add any anabolics yet because in all likelihood these will lead to a further increase in LDL and a decrease in HDL.

You could add in supplements and if you don’t eat oily fish then an omega 3 would be great but other than that they are going to have little affect.

You should be able to get it down with diet and lifestyle change, especially considering that your LDL has previously been in range.

Why have you gone keto and do you have a need to remain keto?

What is you current calorie intake and body weight?

    Do you do much cardio?

How much fat are you eating? What are your fat sources?

Do you know how much of the different types of fat you are getting? Poly/mono/saturated/trans

Do you eat much refined sugar?

    Generally if looking to reduce LDL then i would suggest;

Reducing fat intake from sources of saturated and trans fats, reduce refined sugar intake, maybe reduce calories if in a surplus, increase fibre intake along with fruit and veg, increase cardio.
