Hi James what are your thoughts on programming deadlift variations into a legs/push/pull routine?
If you wanted to do a hamstring dominant and conventional deadlift for example and running two workout rotations how often would you do these movements and which workouts would you stick them in to best manage recovery?
Thanks man

I sometimes feel a bit like this on my rest days which are also lower carb. A carb meal often fixes things for me or i take as a sign that i need more rest days or just a few days off

I would drop caber, increase adex and donate blood.
Your LDL is also pretty high so you might want to see if there is anything you can do to improve that.

Your test levels are way too high for 250mg per week – more like 2500mg.
Estrogen is a bit high and causing the sensitivity.
Just reduce the testosterone dose

Hey Man
RBC’s survive for around 3 months so might just Need more time. My levels are elevated on on 300mg test so if you’re similar to me then you’ll need a lower cruise dose.
What are you TT levels on 250mg?
I would cruise at 100-200mg per week depending on where that puts you but another 6 weeks on 250mg might see a drop for you
Other than that all you can do is try and find a way to donate but this still isn’t great as levels will come up quite quickly again. Naringin seems to help for some people.

@drdeanstmart update on this – saw GP this afternoon. Wouldn’t refer me for a sleep study. Suggested I use ‘beconase’ nasal spray and read Dr Chaterjees book. Checked my ears, nose and throat. Nose and throat are inflamed apparently. What do you think about this advice?
Discovered I have a damp issue that has developed over the winter. Found some black mould in the bedroom caused by high humidity. Killed the mould and got a de humidifier to keep this under control.
Thanks -
Nothing on the blood tests directly check for HCG (although you can use pregnancy strips to test for this in urine)
The blood test is for the LH/FSH hormones.
HCG mimics these to get the testes working without them and as a result can suppress natural LH/FSh production.
Using a SERM will stimulate LH/FSH production and get these up.
You’d want to look at the full hormone panel though before deciding what you want to do next

Are you donating in the UK? I do this regularly and the only test they do is the finger prick to drop into the solution and check that it sinks to the bottom of the jar quickly enough. They don’t directly test hemoglobin levels. You can only fail this test if hemoglobin is low and takes to long to sink

Thanks guys – I added a bit of AI to see if bringing estrogen down helps.
Will get a sleep test done

I have had this happen a couple of times – only with quads now i think about it. Pretty sure it was just sub q leak. Mine wasn’t as bad as yours sounds but the test was weaker at 250mg/ml. Took a couple of weeks to go down.

OK thanks for the reply man

Hey,
How much testosterone were you using at the time of the bloods? Your levels are very high.
Lowering this will probably see everything come into range.
Did you mean so say you did a PCT whilst using testosterone? If so that won’t work

I love my Simba mate – had at almost a year now.
I tend to sleep on my front and since getting this it’s defo helped reduce a bit of pain i was getting in my lower back/hip. Plus it’s really comfy with a 10year guarantee and you can always return it if you don’t agree with it in the first 100 days iirc.
