I’d half that cruise dose and do Liss like you said to get that cholesterol improved ASAP. Hba1c isn’t great and crp is crazy high but I’m not sure what you do to improve this.
Definitely review your diet.
Blood cells should go down during cruise but you might want to donate.
Creatinine might be a concern but that seems to vary a lot with bodybuilders.
Deffo look into hba1c, crp and cholesterol. Those markers raise concerns with cardiovascular health.
