My first move here would be to reduce the dose down to 120mg and split I daily subq and see were this leaves you.

Along with adding the p5p in at 3-400mg daily

if your looking to find a long term TRT option then you want to spend the time now finding a base of what you can run all the time to keep you in the best spot with as little other drugs as possible –

This is probably what I’m gonna end up doing. Finding a baseline is always the goal for me at this point.

Cheers man. You’ve answered me before on other topics and every time I’ve learned something.

Hello bro, you could add some primo 50mg a week to this and this will bring e2 into range deffo, and add some vitamin b6 p5p for the prolactin issues.

That is an option I have considered also but also I’m not really sure I want to add other anabolic compounds.
Few questions on that.
I don’t think it acts “like an AI”. From what I know its a DHT derivative like Masteron and that just doesnt aromatise. So would adding it on top just not fix that problem? or does it have properties that also suppress E2?
Nah bro primo is very strong at reducing e2. Think of it as exactly the same as an injectable arimidex or aromison it acts literally exactly the same as that. I can run like 600mg test and only 200mg primo and even this keeps my e2 pretty low. It is very strong at reducing down e2 whereas masteron doesn’t touch my e2 it acts more as a serm and doesn’t lower my e2 at all so primo is the one
Very interesting to know. And might be a bit more sparing on my liver than taking ADex every day for 2-3 months.

I think like you said 150mg Test and 50mg primo per week might be a play.

I also heard dim and cdg might help drop e2 in a less invasive way or even half an aromasin (6.25mg 3x pw) may be a good option for me. Any thoughts on this.

It can help suppress estrogen. Are you getting sides from your estrogen readings? I use p5p b6 for prolactin. 2 x 150mg tbs per day.

I wouldn’t say I’m getting sides like gyno although I have noticed more sensitivity in that area wearing clothing.

I’ll try the p-5-p as well thanks

Being simple with it: add 3-500 cals on top of your maintenance. 1g protein per lb of body weight. 50-70g of fat and the rest should be carbs.

TBJP love heart and heart care if not using are IMO a must.

PLus a good dose 5g daily minimum of TBJP omega 3

Yea I’m currently on 3g of Omega 3 per day but will look into the Love Heart and Heart Care. Is there any specific ingredient that I should be looking for individually?

Yes as Ryan says we know ranges. But there is no formula etc,

There is allot of variance based on how well your gear is dosed and then genetic variances also

That’s fair. I was thinking since my test naturally is on the lower end of the normal range (according to the NHS) that 150mg pw should give me a good boost to the upper if not slightly over the normal range to take if I decided to hop on trt.

Not really. On average 150mg per week will see most males at 30ish mmol. The only way to know individually is blood work after 4 to 6 weeks of injecting the same dose.

Cheers Ryan. I assumed it would be something along those lines but just wasn’t sure if there was some rule or formula.

Using this again to track my progress 3/12/23

Height: 183cm

Weight (27/11/23): 87.5

Body Fat %: 24 (Shit Electronic Scale)

Over a year has passed and been working with a coach and by myself over the last 12 months and I have made some significant improvements. All variables have gone up (including the bf% xdd that month in Italy really did the trick) but regardless all my lifts are up almost double now. My weight is up by over 10kg and my condition has not changed too much. I’d assume at least some of that weight is muscle.

Now it’s time for the cut. My goal is 80-85kg by February so 6-8 weeks. For that I’ve taken on a caloric deficit of 500 below maintenance to 1800 calories from 2300 with 200g Protein. It may seem really low but tracking a 2300 kcal meal plan with low activity outside of 4k steps and training resulted in maintenance over 2 weeks. I will probably stick to 1800kcal and 10k steps per day until I stop losing. The last week on it has been fine satiety wise as beansprouts can really make you 200g chicken, 50g rice and 100g veg seem like a monster meal.

Training 3/12/23 (Garage Setup)

Roads are too icy to drive safely to the gym so minimalist leg day today. Had to improvise.

1. Squats: x6, x6, x15
2. Heavy Banded Leg Extensions: x15 ,x12 ,x12
3. RDL: x12, x15, x6 (Went a bit nuts on last set and back was like HELLL NAAAAH)
4. Heavy Banded Leg Curl: x15, x20
5. Calf Raise x12, x12, x12

Also I’d like to give a nod to Jordan and Corrine for this forum. Life time membership was 100% worth and I’ve learned a lot.

Apart from them I’ve currently been watching a lot of the late Luke Sandoe and some of his old videos really gel with me as well as reading his old logs here were nice. As selfish as it sound I wish I would have gotten to talk to him in person cos he seems like a nice dude.

Since it’s slow digesting I would say take it at night but honestly probably just better off buying whey isolate. And for holiday just take some whey in the cargo luggage, buy some there or just eat something more protein rich instead

But a great blend of casein and whey is a very good choice of keeping protein synthesis high at a longer period of time tho.. so on a holiday it seems to me that it would be optimal to supplement with since casein is great for avoiding muscle loss. Correct me if I’m wrong tho
You could opt for a blend those are good choices overall. Or you could try using Greek yoghurt as it’s majority casein
