    Thanks so much Peter for that, means a lot! Yea I’ll see what works best with me and make the changes. I know I want to keep my total gear use this cycle around .9g a week so I’ll keep that in mind

    Hi mate just read this properly for a nice 20 week bulk I’d be doing 600-750 test taper up slowly from your current dose assuming you’re on trt doses right now, NPP will do you nice at 300-500mg per week, primo I personally think is rubbish and a waste of space in the barrel

    Waist is mainly genetics. I feel like GH and insulin make it bigger aswell.

    I’m not that big. I’m 210 right now but compete at 180. And I read him correctly. I’m broke and can’t afford high quality nuts so I stick with almond butter or olive oil.

    Nice log brother and will kinda follow your plan aswell. Just finished my show yesterday and my weakness are delts and arms aswell and about to start my rebound today. Got all my cravings out within the night. Did you even binge for a couple days because that’s some steady weight out of a contest

    Why increase the protein if you’re coming of anabolics and not distribute it to carbs or fats then?

    Yea but dropping to barely any cardio and that much calories and not on anabolics won’t there be a crazy fat increase? I’m not debating but just asking for myself since I compete this weekend

    I know layne norton says keep veggies and fiber the day out before the show so I’m nervous that day I’ll be constipated once waking up. But I’ve been on 280p/50c/30f all prep so maybe when I get the carbs filling out I won’t be constipated?
