    I think the main thing to think about is your budget. It might give you a 5% better results but the effects are on your budget are greater. Some of these proteins are like 40% more

    Also dean one more thing what was for cardio peak week or the weeks before and how did you taper it down if at all. I was going to just cut it down from 1.5 7 days a week to 20 mins a day

    I was going to jump from 250p /50c/25/ fat current macros to about 240 protein, 400c,75 fat on training days and 240/400c/75 fat plus cheat meal on leg days and 300p/ 100 c/100 f on off days

    Why did he increase your protein an extra 55 grams may I ask and did you continue on cycling? I’m on 500 test, 250 Tren and 50ED winny but was just gonna come off everything and run 200 test a week post comp. I appreciate you helping me out man, my coach has been unresponsive, responding 3-4 days late, very expensive and just giving any details about this prep at all’s also driving my metabolism into the ground on 250p/50c/25f for the last 3-4 weeks of prep on 1.5 hour of cardio. I don’t even care for binging I just want food man so thanks for the info if I could get more

  • Ok that’s what I was thinking. My macros were going to be when I came off and back to natty 500 above maintenance. Since I’m staying im should I keep my calories higher than that say 1000 extra? I had a coach all prep but will not be with him in the off-season
