based on that look and current situation, run 500 test for say 12 weeks, get yourself to your biggest and strongest ever off that, then add the 300npp for 6 weeks and keep going , then cruise

So the doctor checking actual insulin and h1 reading is what counts. If he says your gd then less to worry about.
Now that doesn’t mean your optimal at all.
Remove carbs meal 1.
Add TrainedByJP INSURE
Add in chromium P with carb meals
Fasted cardio every morning
Reduce body fat
Cap carbs at 30-% overall intake

Performance is good / OK since i’m off cycle
Progress is good as well, i lost Weight the 2 weeks before so I increased food by 500kcal
I haven’t measured blood sugar in a while

You look like you can carry on based on these pics. You can push further as to me it looks like you lack density and should make this your focus.

I’ve gradually increased my intake but probably for around 2 months at least, i’m eating 5300cal on training days and started my off season at 3700cal in september
