    They uploaded in the wrong order so:
    1. Estrogen on cycle
    2. Blood test off cycle
    3. Blood test on cycle

    Almonds are a better nutrition profile n can digest better for some

    However in reality there are way better fat sources to use

    Macadamia oil

    Olive oil

    Avocado

    If looking for omega 3

    Seeds are also a fantastic addition before nuts with the above

    Great answer, I saw they had seed butters tho, that might be a good replacement

    based on that look and current situation, run 500 test for say 12 weeks, get yourself to your biggest and strongest ever off that, then add the 300npp for 6 weeks and keep going , then cruise

    So the doctor checking actual insulin and h1 reading is what counts. If he says your gd then less to worry about.
    Now that doesn’t mean your optimal at all.
    Remove carbs meal 1.
    Add TrainedByJP INSURE
    Add in chromium P with carb meals
    Fasted cardio every morning
    Reduce body fat
    Cap carbs at 30-% overall intake
    Check BG fasted daily in 4 weeks

    Digestion is good, I Use Apple cider vinegar + Lemon & glutamine in the morning as well

    Performance is good / OK since i’m off cycle

    Progress is good as well, i lost Weight the 2 weeks before so I increased food by 500kcal

    I haven’t measured blood sugar in a while

    How long have you been eating 700c a day ?
    You look like you can carry on based on these pics. You can push further as to me it looks like you lack density and should make this your focus.
    Use insure with every meal and focus on getting super strong and add thick tissue all over.

    I’ve gradually increased my intake but probably for around 2 months at least, i’m eating 5300cal on training days and started my off season at 3700cal in september
