Make sure you’re hydrated Add 3 g taurine to your water, you can also get hydration tabs that you drop in water which a great and easy to carry around

Thank you! I do Use a intra with electrolytes, EAA & carbs but I’ll add 3G of taurine in there and see if it helps

Ensuring you’re completely hydrated during training would be the first thing to address. Using electrolytes and adding Taurine might help.
Secondly I would be looking at exercise selection and execution to ensure you are hitting the target muscles correctly and not overloading your lower back unnecessarily.
Keeping on top mobility work can help with your exercise execution and positioning during movements too.
Other things to consider would be the amount of carbs being consumed pre training and if you have increased in bodyweight quite quickly recently.

    Thank you for your answer!
I drink about 3L of water and Use electrolytes intra as well, I do things like hacksquats, leg press etc and form is perfected so it shouldn’t be that bad. How much taurine would you recommend and when?
Do you have any tips on mobility exercises as well?[/quote]

Around 3g taurine should be adequate as far as I’m aware.
Take a look at mofobodymechanic on insta for tips on mobility

Sounds logical but won’t I loose a lot of muscle if I do this for like 12 weeks? I mean that’d be 3 months regression or u think I can still keep a good strength if I plan it in a good way?

Hi Philip, for my PCT I have just done I did the following:
Week 1&2 – 1000iu HCG Every Other Day, 50mg Clomid Every Day
Week 3&4 – 500iu HCG Every Other Day, 50mg Clomid
Then I waited 2 weeks on absolutely nothing to get my bloods done. I’m waiting on the results just now. However I will resume on taking no more gear or pct for a few more weeks before making a decision on my next cycle.
Could try something similar to this.

How long from the last injection did you wait until you started the PCT?

Sounds really good! What cycle did you do?
Can Clomid be switched out to Nolvadex? I’m in a depression and take meds for that and scared of it getting worse with clomid

By the way, the reason I’m doing a PCT is that i’m only 21 and want to be able to have kids until i’m about 30

I would definitely have Blasted & Cruised otherwise

I would split MEAL 5 in to seperate meals back to back
means pwo cereals with iso whey 90 mins later chicken with rice… and is there a special reason for oats and berries for your last meal ?

Sounds good, oats are super cheap here but they digest slower than rice so that’s why I have it in meal 1 & 6 to have time to digest it, would 30g iso be enough post wo tho?

Looks like it’s less protein than your calculating? Are you counting non direct protein sources? If so you could double your intake post workout.

I “only” weigh 90kg but I have a fast metabolism so 256 grams of protein is already 2,84g/ kg of bodyweight. But what you said sounds right, don’t know where I should take it from though

M5 & M6 maybe 30gr iso are for your last meal? Don’t see protein in M6! Just wondering!

    _________________________________________

    @jkelly.ross

I was thinking of that too but I feel there wouldn’t be enough protein PWO if I only had 100g chicken and if I add more iso in M6 that will go over the the total 256g, what meal would u take that protein from and put it in M6?
